The facility is great the doctors are fine, most staff is ok...but the lab they use is terrible. Three people in my home has new glasses from them, 2 had to be taken back to correct lens issues, mine had to be completely changed frames and lenses. It is supposed to take up to 2 weeks to get them back from the lab. I had to call today after 21 days with NO word from them only to hear we will check on that and get back to you. They take your money up front then dont bother to check on your order till you call and complain. Great for eye exams and getting a prescription, but not so great for getting the glasses promptly or for that matter correctly.

Ive been using Primary Eyecare & Optical for several years now. They have great customer service. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I see Dr. Duong and so does the rest of my family that has glasses. We all love him. Very pleasant manner and explains things clearly. Highly recommend them!
