Dr. Fitzgerald is simply the best and she is amazing!!! After getting a terrible diagnosis in South Carolina where I live, I immediately called Dr. Fitzgerald for a second opinion. Her staff was amazing at fitting me in right away. Not only was she able to disprove the diagnosis, but she was able show me exactly how she did it. She showed me proof that my eyes are in perfect structural condition and that they are perfectly healthy. She was so nice and professional and she wasn’t going to let me leave until she gave me concrete evidence to back her up. This was the best eye exam I have ever had and I will be flying back to Iowa every year from now on for my annual exam. Thank you, Dr. Fitzgerald for everything. I appreciate you more than you know!

About a month ago I ordered a pair of glasses from a discount glasses store. After repeated visits the technicians could not get the frames adjusted to properly fit my face. After another failed attempt today I finally called Fitzgerald and Associates to see if theyd be willing to offer some assistance. Even though I hadnt purchased my glasses there the gal told me to come on in as adjustments are always complementary. Within a matter of minutes the gal had my frames adjusted to fit my face perfectly. Definitely wishing I had bought the glasses here to begin with. I will be returning to Fitzgerald and associates for all future eyeglass purchases. Thank you so much!

Front desk help could use a course in manners and professionalism, as they seem to dislike their jobs! Have gone here for years, but sad to say we wont be returning due to the front desk help! Sitting in a waiting room for over 45 minutes is ridiculous enough but having to watch the young gals at the front desk look at you as if you should of went some where else because now they actually have to work! I wont be recommending this place and our family will be seeking a new optical establishment in the future!

The service felt very rushed and in a hurry to get to the next patient. She then was going to give me a separate prescription for each eye for my contacts so she could make more money from me when my eyes were so close I could use the same contact for both. Then prescribed me with dailes without even asking me and now I am not able to get the ones I want. I will never go back to this place!!!

The people there are very friendly, The dr. explains things so you can understand everything. When you go to pick out your glasses, the people let you know what your insurance will cover and how much it will cost. I walked out of there only spending $30. That includes the eye exam and glasses. I would recommend Dr. Fitzgerald to all my friends if they need an eye exam and glasses.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received anywhere, it was worse than McDonalds. I even had them send my prescription for my contacts else where. talk about bad customer service and patient care, I will NEVER go back there again, and I were you, I would go to Iowa Eye. Anywhere but here, I am warning you, unless of course, you like being treat unkindly!!!!!!!

She it not the cheapest, but I like the personal service we get from her. She is very thorough, professional and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. There was one incident when my son got something in his eye and she met us in her office on a weekend after hours to make sure he was OK.

Efficient and was able to get in and out in about 40 minutes. Saw Dr. Monroe and she was great! Answered all my questions and got me squared away with my contacts prescription. They said they would take 3-4 business days to arrive at my house, but they were there the next day. Would highly recommend.
