Worst service I have even dealt with. We sat there for an hour before they told us that they could not verify our insurance since it was a Sunday. They told me that I need to pay $60.00 to see the Dr or come back during the week. I have a $35.00 copay but they would not take that. I called today to have them call the insurance company and they said they would try to get to it. They told me to call Debbie to get my refund. Well first off the lady answered the phone and sounded like she hated her job as much as I hated going there. We have had the same insurance for almost 2 years. My husband was there in March with the same insurance and they should the same one still on file but still made me pay the $60.00. So when I spoke to Debbie she told me that she is not the one to give refunds and that I would need to now call Donna. But of course Donna is not in today. I was told that the front desk will need to call the insurance, then it goes across Debbies desk and then to Donna. And it is up to the bookkeeper to do the refund on her own time. Funny who they are so quick to take them money but not give it back. When I told Debbie that they have horrible service she said that was not going to help me. I was in the middle of telling her that I will just call my back and dispute the $25.00 difference she hung up on me. I am a manager and if any of my sales staff hung up on a customer they would be fired. This just shows that little Miss Debbie doesnt have customer service skills and the easy way out for her was to hang up. Worst place I have ever been. Will never go back there. They will not see another penny from me. Take these reviews seriously and if you can wait to see your regular Dr. DO IT!!!

Bad experience all around. I called to see if this urgent care excepted my insurance and she informed me that they did so I headed down to office at 12:15. Nowhere on the website nor did the receptionist inform me that they are closed between 12 and 1pm so I waited until until they reopened. Although the receptionist had already informed me that they do accept my insurance, they could not find it (even with my insurance card) so I had to pay a $60 co-pay. I was seen by the doctor who took a look at my rash and said "hmm thats an interesting rash, Im not sure what that could be" and prescribed me steroids and sent me on my way. On my way out I asked the receptionist how I could get refunded for the co-pay through my insurance so she told me that I would have to call Debbie in billing in 2-3 weeks. So I wait three weeks then call to speak to Debbie. I strongly regret calling this Ill-tempered, uninformed, wild card of an associate. She was extremely rude to me and even yelled at me for not understanding! I called for information that she got mad at me for not already knowing. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she replied no. So I call the front desk to speak to a supervisor where I waited on hold for 47 minutes and spoke to a lady named Evone. She was very polite and helpful but still informed me that I would have to wait another 4-8 weeks to hear something back. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Yesterday, my son stuck some rice up his nose (yea, hes 3). I called my 24 hour health nurse through our insurance & she said he needed to go to urgent care because if he sucked the rice into his lungs it could cause pneumonia. So I rush over, struggling to keep my son from sucking the rice in deeper on our way over (I got 2 of the rice out before we got there but there was a 3rd stuck in the back I could see but couldnt get out). When I got there they had a ton of paper work for me to fill out before they would even see my son (couldnt I just give them the insurance card, see the doctor, and fill out the paperwork after we know hes safe.) Finally, the doctor saw him. He didnt seem very concerned about my son. He barely checked his nose, said he saw nothing, and dismissed the whole thing. He then wrote a Clariton prescription. What the heck?! He saw my son for 2 minutes & didnt ask me any questions but wrote him a prescription. Isnt that kind of jumping the gun? The best part...THE LAST RICE PIECE CAME OUT WHEN WE GOT HOME!!! Obviously, it was still in there but the doctor didnt check thoroughly enough. Im just grateful it came back out his nostril & didnt go the other way. Also, my husband went in to urgent care a few weeks ago & they barely checked him & sent him home with 2 prescriptions. Once again, TOO QUICK TO PRESCRIBE & NOT THOROUGH ENOUGH IN EXAMINING!!!

Not too bad. There is a lot of opposite ended comments about this place and I can honestly say I can see both sides. The receptionist is kind but not overly. She will not give you an ear to ear smile but she is helpful and professional. I had to go here because of a work related accident and I had many questions for her, and she answered all of them. This place isnt as bad as others say. Just do what you would do with any doctors office with no appointment: COME IN WITH SOME PATIENTS!

PROFESSIONALISM is what this office needs. I experienced the worst costumer service. When I asked the lady at the front desk a question she looked at me made eye contact and then turned around to do something irrelevant. She was in no way busy or had something in the way from answering my question.

They are my dads PCP. Always loose referrals from his Nephrologist and ask to get sent again. Long wait times @ clinic and on the phone. The Drs. dont give too much attention to what he is saying during a checkup. The staff is not very friendly either.
