Im a Russian, and here is my story with this clinic. Provided very poor and unprofessional services. The counter assistant who would only provide her first name and refused even the initial of her last name, Larisa, had been extremely rude and unwilling to help. She raised her voice at me and denied me any services. Shed yell and tell me to leave despite being told how urgent that matter was and that the ER has told me to attend to my doctor right away. I was told in the ER how I cannot be checked there regarding my Thyroid issues and that was why I needed to see my doctor right away. She denied to admit that my blood draw results were bad and instead of telling me so, she signed off the papers and dismissed any of my questions. She told me to get out and that the appointment I had on Thursday was cancelled and that she would refuse to take me in (not sure whether the counter assistant can even do such a thing). My husband wanted to record her as proof of her terrible services and we were the only ones in the office, no other patients were there with us so we were the only ones in the recording. She yelled even more and kept telling us that we were not allowed to do so despite being in a public place. She went as far as trying to call the police and blaming us yet she completely changed up the story and even lied about patients being in the tape when in reality no one besides us were there. The authority has told us we have the full right to record her and she was in the wrong both for her behavior and not allowing us to record her. She was overall rude to an unbelievable extent. The first time I went there I witnessed her yelling at a mother because her child was terribly ill and needed immediate attention. They kept dismissing her and treating her very poorly. I complained about them and dearly hope something will be done about this kind of service.

DO NOT GO HERE. Ive been a patient for like 2 years and every time I go I get more and more irritated. The staff doesnt speak English. So this place is great if youre Russian just not good if you speak English. Everyone is horribly rude and no one knows how to do their job. I was told very specifically to show up at 7:45, then I get there and they dont open till 8. And no one came to the door until 8:30. I also have severe asthma and get it refilled through a Dr. There, well they wouldnt sign off on it and I asked the receptionist why not and how can I fix it to get my required medication and all she said was, "Sorry go get a new medication." So rude! And not to mention the prescription sat there for two weeks waiting to be approved so when I ran out of medicine I was just told to go to emergency if its that bad. This place is disgustingly dirty, theres a very rude stafg, doctors who dont answer questions, and incompetency is at EVERY TURN HERE! DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY HAVE A DOCTOR.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit after reading other reviews. Reception, staff and PA were courteous and professional. At first I felt a little out of place since I dont speak much, if any, Russian, but staff is bilingual and I enjoyed the conversation with a sweet Babuska (grandmother) with pretty floral scarf who talked to me about my crochet project (even tho I did not understand her, unfortunately). I was prepared for a long wait, but got very little of my project done as they saw me quickly. I would take off stars as some parts of the building are not kept up, but that would be due to owner/building manager, not the pleasant and helpful staff who I would give more stars.

Silverbach spencer Is KILLING MY BEST FRIEND!!! My best friend has been complaining about headaches for 2YEARS & he has done NOTHING but give him Motrin & guess what he now has bad kidneys. He complained a YEAR AGO about his prostate .. once again mr Silverbach spencer did NOTHING my best friend has been peeing blood and mr Silverbach spencer finally gave him test and guess what HE HAS PROSTATE CANCER!! So thanks mr Silverbach spencer for NOT DOING YOUR JOB SOONER & fixing this sooner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO MY WORST ENEMY ; & also what kinda doctor tells a patient to stop smoking weed and keep smoking cigarettes??

I wish to give this place a zero star instead because of its unprofessional staff and doctors. Its unbelievable how these people are even "medical assistant" cant even do their job right. These people seems like they just got pick off the streets and became medical assistant and doctors. Even the doctors are rude, Vanessa treats you as if youre stupid and death. Very unprofessional how the staff speaks in their language right in front of you. Also never pick up the damn phone. So done with his place. Dont make the mistake of going here, youll just waste your time.

TERRIBLE! First off, it is nearly impossible to make an appointment! The front desk staff is RUDE! I call and spend most of the time on hold that is IF THEY ANSWER the phone! I recently got really sick, and wanted to see my primary doctor, when I finally reached them, the lady offered an appointment a month away, I told her I was sick and wanted to come as soon as possible, she asked me "why in such a hurry?" I dont think they understand this is a medical clinic where they need to provide care!!! It is ridiculous! Do, yourself a favor! DO NOT GO THERE!

If you can get past the bitchiest office staff Ive ever encountered, you MIGHT get what you need from a doctor. This office survives off of people that are on government subsidized insurance and treat non-Russian patients substandard. Just read the names of the five star reviews and you will see it for yourself. Ive never been to this office and spent less than 45 minutes waiting to be seen. I truely believe the office staff ruins this clinic. The doctors here wouldnt seem so bad if their office staff wasnt flat out lazy and rude.

Always takes a month or more to make an appointment, they NEVER see you on time. cant make follow up appointments from er visits. most of the staff is rude and doesnt understand english. hard to explain medical problems when there is a language barrier. only good thing about this place is that when they say they cant see me or my children in a timely manner is that then we can go to the med 7 or the er and the insurance doesnt have a problem with it because the office pretty much refused to see us.

Rude. Dont speak English. Took weeks to get an appointment (just for a referral). Finally on the day of the appointment, we informed them we had moved. They unenrolled my girlfriend from their clinic and said their was nothing more they could do. She needed to find a new doctor. She had already seen the doctor for her appointment, and was waiting for a referral. "Do no harm" my ass.

Worst clinic Ive ever been to. So confused as to why the place is still open. I recommend you NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! go to Dr.Anna Roysman. Pavel Polskiy is my PCP, yet Ive never seen him once ! The front desk keeps assigning me to Roysman(worst doctor) Front desk staff is extremely rude and arrogant. Had to switch clinics immediately!!!
