Horrible experience, I came in with a fever of 102.5, they took my analysis, after I was sitting in a chair waiting for 5 hours, with muscle spasms and horrible back pain, they NEVER called me in until I came up and they let me in, one doctor was so rude she told me that I would have to wait and my pain was at 9, she told me I wont die and Ill be fine to wait another hour, she also said this emergency center is mostly for babies and old people, a elder lady fell out of her wheelchair and the nurses and workers were just standing around staring, its the people that came up and helped her, so my mom and I left they didnt give us any of my analysis papers, I have no where to go, my fever wont go down, but theres no way Ill go back there after how I was treated..

Horrible staff. Went in thru ER was treated like an animal. While i was throwing up and using the bathroom from my illness staff yelled at me and told me to clean up my own throw up. The nurse even tossed a towel at me while sitting on the bathroom floor. I was so sick and wanting to leave i didnt complain. This was in 2014. Recently i went in and the customer service wasnt very good. Due to my last experience at the hospital i decided to leave and go to a different hospital. When they called to ask me why i left that night i begin telling them about my pass experience and they conveniently lost my call. Dont go here if you value your health. Smh

Horrible!!! My dad went in with an ambulance cause he has close to having a stroke and they took his vitals then put him to wait in the beyond full ER. They wanted him with an almost unconscious state to fill out paper work. Staff was extremely rude and demanding for no reason. I have seen better health care in prisons then I saw here and with all the private security you feel like you are in prison. This is not a hospital but rather a death lounge where you literally wait to die. Horrible!!!!

Was just visiting a friends mom. Her room was spacious and very clean. The nurse was interested and engaged when listening to the familys observations about the patients status. The room was set up to encourage family to spend time with their loved one (comfortable seating, a pull-out couch, and a reclining chair in the room). The staff smiled and made eye contact.

I was the only person in the waiting room at 340 am. Waited 2 hrs to been seen. Ive never waited so long even in a busy hospital. Staff was not friendly and seem to not care about patients
