This is the most unprofessional, horrific clinic Ive had the displeasure of going to. No one ever answers the phones, so it takes days or weeks to get an appointment, ask questions, or get ahold of anyone. The option is there to leave a message, but 9/10 times, the inbox is full. Once there, youll wait for quite awhile, and ONLY ever see a PA. Ive been there three times and never saw an actual MD. One of the PAs didnt know how to read a chart, and when I came in for my post surgery visit, shoved her hand into my incision site, got confused when I cried out in pain, and then, when I asked about controlling my post surgery pain, she shrugged and told me to "take an asprin." When she went to give me the referral I needed, I had to call the woman in charge of referrals with my insurance, 2 1/2 months later, only to learn that the office hadnt sent the right information. These people have no idea what theyre doing, and they definitely dont care about their patients.

If this is the answer for Obama Care and the State of California we need to declare war on the system who forces this crap on you, waited 5 different times for my place in line on hold only to be disconnected, called back after the failed attempts to get a good- bye now. So Iguess the slogan of no child left behind is for the lucky ones who arent citizens of this country they get the preferential TREATMENT.

If you cant reach them by phone whats the point... NO ONE answers theirs phones AT ALL and when you confront them about it they are like owell?! The Dr herself is very nice, but whats the point if you cant make a appointment and also the referrals suck. Ive been waiting over a year now to see a Dermatologist and no cigar

If you have any choice at all, avoid going here! You can NEVER get a hold of anyone on the phone. Theyre unprofessional, the care is lackluster and God forbid if you need a referral it will take months and half the time they wont even have submitted for it. Very, very poor service.

They dont know anything about caring, the doctor put a prescription without knowing if the insurance cover it or not and I tried to get anything from the doctor but he ignored me so I have been without a medicine for 2 months, I am dying and nobody care.

Currently im a patient in the Roseville Wellspace and the staff is always very helpful. Recently I saw Dr. Sands and her care was phenomenal. The service I recieved was definitely above average.

it sucks, after making my appt with 2 months in advance, they called to cancelled and offerted an appt for the month of dec. Really??? 4 months for an appt

The staff is always so pleasant. The doctor was so helpful. It has had great improvement in the last year.
