If I could give this place zero stars I would. My father was transferred to this farce of a medical center from UCSF. He is suffering from LIS. This place was pretty much our only option as we set him up for home care. Before I go any further there were good people here. There were a couple of great nurses, CNAs and therapists, along with one good doctor. The facilities were pretty nice and it was quiet. Other than that it was just a cash grab. They get people in for a month and babysit while they figure out where they can ship them off to. In our case they said my father needed some imaging done and probably a procedure, They told my family to leave our stuff in the room because he would be coming back the next day (the other place was 2 miles away). They go back and all our stuff is in trash bags stuffed in the basement, they fully discharged my father and now will not answer or return any of our calls. They were supposed to help us get in touch with all the necessary places to begin home care but now they wont even take the calls. Took money from insurance and dumped us on the other hospital. We were always the last to know about anything that was going on. No communication, large percentage of foreign staff that are hard to understand, a few pompous doctors, and all in all pretty much a scam of a service. Like I said though, there were a few excellent staffers here that were very kind, super helpful and caring about our dad. There was an MD there named Alok Krishna and he was a very very good dude. He was compassionate, kind and very forthright. I guess him and the other good staff earned this place as a whole the 1 star. I just cant believe its legal for a place to just kick you to the curb and not even tell you. Moreover, a place that is in control of getting all your equipment. I wouldnt wish this type of service on anyone. Thanks Vibra.

BIG FAT ZERO!!!! This place is beyond a joke!!! The nurses are nice and try to be helpful but they dont follow the rules and the doctors are incompetent. Due to insurance being the way it is it was not by choice that my husband ended up at Vibra. He was transferred from USD burn unit to Vibra at 8:00 PM on a Friday. The staff neglected to read his file and changed is meds. This sent him into a manic Bipolar state for 72 hours. (Which I had to deal with long distance, it is an hour drive from where we live to the hospital) which left my husband was in the hands of the monster of an establishment). NO ONE on staff ever bothered to call me and keep me updated. They let him walk the halls without a mask or sanitary dressing and even let him go outside unattended. (KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A BURN VICTIM, who is being highly exposed to any and all germs). The final straw was when they released him and sent him home without all med subscriptions needed and the one subscription he did need was filled out incorrectly. So I had to drive back to the hospital to get the correct subscription then found out that the subscription was changed whey I finally got to my local pharmacy. (This is only a few of the issues faced with this place. I could provide pages and pages of things they did wrong or things that causes be an my husband distress.) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE PUT THEIR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILTIY IT IS A JOKE AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!!!

My name is Dean and my mom Bernadette was at Vibra for 3 weeks. I have been very happy with the staff and treatment of my mom. She needs to be transferred to a lower level facilily now which is good cause shes getting better. Im sad to say goodbye to the Nurses, RTs, cnas. They have all been absolutely fantastic. Thank you to Dr. Kamra, Charles, Holly, Mimi, Chris, Tatyana, Cheryl, Chen, Carmela, Elizabeth, Nicole, Mike, Courtney, Jenn, Sunita, Sophie, Danny. I feel bad cause I cant remember all their names. Im so pleased and I just wish my mom had been more awake and alert to meet all of them. but as soon as she wakes up more and comes home, Im taking her in there to say hello. I also want to thank Jackie, Michelle and Jennife (quality control) for just making extra sure my mom was taken well care of. If you have a problem at this hospital all you have to do is address it and ask for help. You dont have to get mad, just ask and they will meet your needs. thank you again Vibra

Vibra hospital in Folsom is a disgusting place to send your loved one. My papa came to this hospital leaving UCD Medical Hospital ready for rehab therapy. He was ready to sit up, move his arms, and at UCD they even helped with standing. He came to Vibra and suddenly the charts read "refused" and "refused." When my family visit and we assisted with the therapies ourselves, he responded fine! He immediately went downhill. Some of his nurses were super nice, others did not want to be there and they walked in with a negative vibe. Also, he went to an appointment to another facility and the nurse at this facility told my family how unattended they had him at Vibra. I work at a care home for elders and also work with patient in-home hospice care. I know what a tough job this can be and I know how inconvenient and obnoxious it is for family members to get on your case about little things. But what I see here is absurd. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE.

I was visiting my friend. Every precaution was taken to protect her from outside germs. I appreciated that I had to mask, glove and gown to protect her from any germs I might bring into this Healthcare facility. The facility appeared to be very clean. Her IV Alarm went off and the patient called for someone to come and fix it. After 30 minutes help was called again. It took about 45 minutes by the time help came into the room and an attempt was made to fix it. it was also an annoying sound and very difficult to visit with my friend. The patient asked that her portable toilet be flushed and that wasnt done by the time I left. I worry about my friends needs when not met by your staff.

I had a horrible back spasm after moving and lifting tons of furniture etc- Id been up 3 days unable to sleep! They after 6 hrs of never coming in- looked at me- never touched my back- nothing- then 45 min later brought me a shot that might help a small cat. Then 5 min later came in w discharge papers!! ok you are ready to go! Unbelievable!! I was still hurting so badly- did nothing to help spasm - gave me nothing to take later?? Our healthcare has gotten pathetic! Go somewhere you can find doctors who care!! This place is not it! They let you sit while they charge by the hour- never taking vitals or even getting me a blanket gown nothing!!
