This place should be closed down. The service is just awful. On three separate occasions my daughter and myself whet to have blood work done and they tell us they dont have the order from the Dr. My Dr. sent it each and every time, they just did not take the time to look for it. We called two days ago to find out if they had the order my Dr. sent over twice now and the woman was going to call back and of course she never did. We have called and called and no one ever answers the phone. We will go in again today and if they dont have the order I will call Quest Corporate and make a complaint. A terrible inconvenience and waste of peoples time. I do not give it any stars but it wont allow me to post without highlighting at least one

The woman behind the counter was lazy I called at 345 and she told they are about to close asked what I needed I said blood work and she said how far are you away I said ten minutes she said OK I drove over there and she was talking to a woman I waited then said can,t do it today because I was choosing gum why didnt, she ask me that when I called

The lady that was working on 03/30/2016 at 4PM made me feel super rushed because I came in right before they closed. She made me feel so nervous and rushed that I dropped my specimen and she took it anyway. She would not tell me her name and now Im afraid that Im going to have my drug test messed up because of it.

Do not go to this place. The lady working there on 5/19/2016 around 3:10pm seemed extremely unfriendly and uncaring. There is no way I will have her poke a needle on any of my family members or myself.

Had the worst experience on June 15 2016 I walked out she was unwilling to look up my sons order(hes 6wks). She said it was going to be a problem and wouldnt even attempt or try and look up his order.

They mustve changed the staff since all the bad reviews. I went in on 7/14/17 for a wellness screening for work. The tech was as nice as could be and I was in and out of there quickly.
