Zero customer service. No welcome, please, or thank you. Check yourself in on a machine. Then your name is broadcast on a list on a tv screen mounted on the wall of the waiting room for everyone to see what you are there for, "John. Drop off sample." That would be a stool sample, or perhaps something even more personal? Fortunately, I wasnt there to drop off a sample, but I did feel sorry for John. There was a problem with my paperwork, and I had to make numerous suggestions over the 1.5 hours I waited in the waiting room as to how they could solve the problem before it was completed. All my paperwork needed was my doctors signature. Problem finally resolved and blood taken, but its been three weeks now and my results arent back yet. It was basic blood work, nothing unusual. I called my doctors office to see if the results are there yet and the nurse told me that Quest is always slow with the results. That was a week ago and still no results. I just got on line to see what the labs hours are to see if anyone would be there if I called at 5:15 at night. No hours posted on the internet, just an automated system where you can set up your own appointments. I can have the results set to me by email, but it takes 30 days. This place has a complete void of customer service. Stay away!

Insult the customers as they are considered Dumb :( After waiting for my turn for 45min, i had to step out of the office for few minutes. When i got back my name was missing on display (no front desk), i waited and Ms Maritza claimed that i might managed to fail at the check in kiosk (i guess to high tech for most their customers and all customers are considered too dumb at this location). Instead of trying to even see if my name as was already called and that is why its missing now, she demanded that i leave the window, get back in the line again or else... in agitated voice in front on few other customers. Two other employees had to jump in to calm her down and one was kind enough to tell me that my name was called. I signed up again but asked for a complain form and her name to which she got further agitated and demanded my name ... supposedly to complain about a (dumb) customer like me. Another employee offered to see me after i registered was kind enough. Never again for me for sure... too scared to be insulated again. Going to stick with ACL accross the road.

This review doesnt even deserve the 1 star that I have to give it. Arrived to the facility and the lady immediately refused to talk to me- had to sign into an ipad with my basic information... The attendant had blood on her EAR! she entered my information wrong twice and said she would take care of it later... She was also struggling to get blood out of my "tiny vein" that she chose to draw from. I had a sinking feeling they did not send these tests to my doctor... After calling the office to make sure these labs were sent over 3 times- I never got a person, always a machine. I left a detailed message giving all necessary to send a fax to my doctor by my appointment time and THEY NEVER SENT THEM! Hence, I have to wait another month in order to get on the medication I need. They have ruined my ability to get better! DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience ever!

The worst place to do any testing. Staff has unhappy faces. The person who was working there took my waist measurement around my jacket, which would defeat the intended purpose. She asked me to hold the tape measure and turn around full circle instead of running the tape around me. The blood pressure measurement was so bad that she has to do it 3 times. I am not sure if the blood test will be tested or just faking the result. This place should be shut down for good. You dont play with peoples health and get paid for it! I gave them the benefit of the doubt last year. Not anymore. The rating should be minus 5 stars!

Everything was OK untill I had to speek with someone. When I was called to the appointment window I was asked by Mrs. K "what are you here for?" in a nasty voice. I said I had an appoitment. Mr. k with her same nasty voice "were is your work order?" I said it was in the system. Mrs. K "do you have your insurance cards?" During the conversation I used the words good, morning, and thank you, she never responded to them. Mrs. K has such a negetive attitude it filled her aura. Her supervisor should reminder her that Quest actually has customers. I will never go back to that office.

Ive been going here for years. The techs know their job and are great. Its true the sign in system has changed eliminating staff or the computer and Im not sure why. I rarely wait long at all and usually do make an appt. If you come in closer to 8:30 am for fasting w/o an apt, youre usually fine. The main rush comes in very early. Id improve things by changing the sign in process that exposes your name. I wonder how that gets past the HIPA laws with patient privacy. Clean facility, good staff and convenient location keep me coming back.

Awful. Had a home test taken to drop off, nothing legal, for a child, still forced to wait a half an hour to drop off a specimine even though all of the information was already provided and ordered by the doctor. They seem overwhelmed, its worth driving to another location. I get first come first serve but it takes 30 seconds to sign the thing in instead of administering a dozen in person tests before that

Theyve removed all the front desk staff so, you have to use a kiosk to let them know youre there. I was only dropping off a specimen and sat there for 35 minutes. After finally approaching one of the staff, they said that I should have made an appointment. I have to make an appointment to hand off a jar??? Really? They should pay at least one person who sits at the front desk and takes in specimens.

Although the facility is clean and they people were not rude to me. My entire Quest "experience" was miserable. If you need an appointment no point on calling. NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Usually I go easy on people but I missed an entire week of work because the lack of any sense of urgency or customer support. Some days the phone is just turned off. Good luck. Youll need it.

I went to Quest Diagnostics (640 South Washington Street, Naperville, IL) couple of times for pregnancy related tests. i found them to be very professional and courteous. I generally find it very painful when blood is drawn but I had no such issue here. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

I had a good experience here today. No trauma or drama. I signed in and with a few minutes, Tammy, called my name and off I went to get stabbed for my blood. I had the typical cordial chit chat with her about weekend plans and what not. I didnt get any of the attitude previous reviewers wrote about.
