The 2 phlebotomists were both with patients when I arrived and there was one person waiting ahead of me. The wait was reasonable for the situation. The phlebotomist that took me was very friendly. She looked up my lab orders and verified that everything was accurate. She was very personable, I felt comfortable with her. I needed a blood draw and Ive got to say, I have never had anyone stick me so quickly! I was so impressed. I have no qualms with using this location in the future.

I came in as a walk-in. There were many others in the waiting room. Some had appointments and others did not have an appointment. Apparently they had been waiting for a long time. One older gentleman asked if his name had been crossed off the sign in and the attendant/phlebotomist spoke loudly and disrespectfully to this man. She didnt have patience and treated him without giving him a dignified response, of which he and the others in the room deserved.

Absolutely horrible service, this place/people should be shutdown. Walked in there on a Saturday and no one at front desk, you sign in and ring a doorbell. Hour later, still no sign of life and yes it was open for 2 hours more. A complete waste of time for me and the people in the waiting room

Bit disappointed earlier when we didnt see anyone at the front desk but got in on time for appointment. I wish there were someone at the front desk.
