The lady with the short white/gray hair in there was completely rude. Not customer friendly at all... I walked in I did not get greeted although she was there and saw and heard the bell that someone had entered. She continued what she was doing and then when ahe got ready to take the lady back she looked at me and still did not say one word to me as she trotted down the hall. I am very displeased wjth this place. Having been my first time visiting there not even being acknowledged by the staff is a bad look...

Going here is ridiculous! The staff is incredibly rude and move like sloths! They have no consideration for what you need to do. I came in at 8:45, there was one person ahead of me and I waited over an hour for just a urine test! I urge you to make an appointment if you have to come here. It might save you a little time. Who knows.

The phlebotomist /lab tech/receptionist was friendly, chatty, and competent -- I liked her. But shes the only person in the office, and it takes her 10-15 minutes per person. Theres a second lab room, so a second phlebotomist could be hired by management, but probably wont be. Bring an interesting book to read!

Only one person working here at a time when there are multiple patient rooms. Be ready to sit in waiting area for hours, not even joking. Horrible customer service, very demanding and not friendly or willing to answer your questions. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.

Why is this place closed on a Monday afternoon? This place is already closed on the weekends. The majority of inquiries would be time sensitive and people are busy. Also terrible customer service. Pray you dont have to reach them on the phone.
