Responding to the owners reply to Alyssas review. Your facts are very inaccurate about our never wanting my mother placed at this facility. This was a CHOICE we made with the social worker while my mother was still in the hospital. Did we hope my mother could have simply gone back home? Yes, but we knew it was medically necessary for her to receive the care she needed, and we chose your facility. I will communicate a more accurate, detailed report directly to you, as well as the appropriate agencies. In closing, the MOST TELLING part of your reply was that we were upset over a "minor" issue.

We had a great experience here with my mother in law. Were there problems? Yes. Were they addressed immediately by courteous staff? Yes We lost my father in law three years ago, he spent two months in another facility in Waxahachie. I gave it a one star as it was so bad we took him home and cared for him till he passed. That facility had 6 pending suites at the time. Midlothian health care center is absolutely the best. I hope my children put me there when my time comes.

The facility is beautiful and well maintained! We had our father in this facility. He was well taken care of from the time he arrived to the time he left. We loved the nursing staff and the nurse aides. They always greeted us with a smile! They treated my father as their own family. Therapy was fabulous as well. They worked with him and got him stronger than he was before his surgery. We highly recommend this facility to all our friend and family.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Midlothian Healthcare Center. My mother had broken her hip awhile back. After doing a lot of research,we decided on this place for her rehab. Their rehab department is outstanding! The owner and his staff are very accommodating, very caring, and took very good care of my mother. I highly recommend Midlothian Healthcare Center.

This place should have a minus star rating if it were possible. Staff is either under experienced or over worked. Patients are left unattended for long periods and some found on the floor after falling after long periods as well. Although they are understaffed, they are not turning any patients away. A true danger for your love ones.

This place is a disgusting excuse for a business. They are disrespectful, unprofessional and immature to patients and family members. We removed my relative from the facility within hours of arrival because the service and atmosphere was so terrible. NEVER admit your loved one here.

My mom has been here for 3 hours and has not seen a nurse, has not been given her pain medicine or any of her regular medicine. Nobody has been in!!!
