I owe Tieperman Health & Wellness my life. On 6/10/17 I became completely unable to walk, stand, sit or lay without severe pain in my lower back. I had shooting zingers. It was debilitating. I was freaking out. Where do I go? What do I do? Is this permanent? It wasnt getting better. After two days, from a referral I called Tieperman Health & Wellness. They had me come in right then. Im 40 and very active. I was hunched over like an elderly person. My career is all physical, so I was thinking this may mean an end to my life. When I got there, it took several people to help me lay down. They stood my side to ensure I was safe and wouldnt collapse. I was crying by this point and kept crying off an on. They are all so caring, consoling and reassuring that it will be ok. They assured me that they have seen this before and let them assess what is going on before I loose hope. They applied little electric pads, heat, ice and a roller table and then a light adjustment. That eased the pain so I didnt have the shooting zingers constantly and now I could at least think straight. They ordered an x-ray, which I went to right away. In summary, I have degenerative disk disease in L1-L2. I over did it at work and the muscles went into full action of cramping and pulling me to my right. Its 7/28 and I am fully moving again. I received a full diagnoses, treatment plan (with nutrition and physical stretches), a super high quality brace and recommendations on how to change my movements to prevent problems during treatment and my life. I have decompression therapy with adjustments two to three times a week. I drink a lot of water and take supplements. I have also changed my movements at work to prevent compromising my treatment. Guess what?... I actually went for a 10 mile bike ride last week (probably a little much), but I couldnt wait to get exercise again. In addition to my treatment, I appreciate the doctors knowledge of the body, muscles and physiology. I ask a lot of questions and they are very informed. They have a real passion for what they do. I am so grateful for their help. I look forward to a long and active life. In summary, if you are freaking out because you cant move, walk or unable to do something and you want the best care and treatment, go to Tieperman Health & Wellness. I even have my 8 year old going there now once and a while due to my newly found appreciation and respect for my body.

It is impossible to brag enough about this establishment. From the time you walk in the front door to the time you leave, whatever service you are there for - Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage, you name it, this is hands down the best customer service I have ever received. From the warm, soothing environment, to the relaxing music playing softly through overhead speakers, the friendly staff, thorough cleaning after each patient, very short waiting time to be seen - this place truly does it all very well. You feel like family and you know they truly care. If I could give them a 10 out of 5 stars, I would. I just love the staff. Highly recommend their services to anyone. I dont believe I have ever witnessed any finer oiled machine than the way this office appears to pull everything off flawlessly and with a genuine smile on their faces while working. I have never felt better since having adjustments, acupuncture and massage therapy combinations. Thank you to all of the staff of Tieperman Health & Wellness - each and everyone of you are the cream of the crop in the industry!!!

This place is awesome. I found Dr. Tieperman through a doctor search on my insurance provider website, and Im so glad I did! Ive never had a better experience at a chiropractor office. I was experiencing chronic neck pain, and I booked an initial visit which included an exam, electrical muscle stimulation/therapy, and an adjustment. After 3+ weeks, my pain has decreased significantly, and continues to do so with each visit. Not only does Dr. Tieperman and staff know exactly how to treat patients from a healing perspective, but they are super friendly and welcoming. Its a family-run business, and they all take the time to chat with you versus shuffling you in and out. Ive also had a pre-adjustment massage from Brittany. Trust the reviews on her - she is GREAT and has magic hands. Ive literally never had a better massage in my whole life. She hits all the right spots the ENTIRE massage. I cant say enough great things about this place. I highly recommend!

Ive been A patient here for almost 3 years and I love the office. My first encounter quit Dr. Lori was by chance at a consignment sale in Frisco Texas. She had a table set up with a massage therapist giving chair massages. I asked about their services and made an appointment the same day. Fast forward for three years and I am still a patient. I love her gentle caring approach to helping my back and my entire body. I have a weekly massage appointment all of the massage therapist Ive had here are great in their own ways. The newest therapist Britt has fabulous strong hands and is open to the patients need. I highly recommend her. I so have had massages done by Cindy. She been with the practice for years and her touch is softer. I wouldnt go anywhere else and I referred my friends, family, and stranger to them daily!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Dr Tieperman works with you to ensure youre receiving care that is beneficial to your needs and open to trying anything to help relieve pain. Ive been going here for 3 years now for acupuncture, adjustments, and massages as it has done wonders for my anxiety and migraines! I also cant speak highly enough about the massage therapist, Brittany. Her massages are phenomenal and like Dr Tieperman, she discusses your needs before you begin to ensure you get what you need/want out of your treatment. The staff here makes you feel comfortable, like youre a member of the family, and I simply cannot sing their praises enough.

Let me first say that I have never been into chiropractic care. This doctor has completely changed my mind. My OB recommended Dr. Tieperman after I began experiencing horrible sciatic nerve pain during my second pregnancy- to the point where I had to take time off of work and could barely care for my toddler. I had tried resting, Tylenol, heating pads, ice packs...nothing helped. I woke up ONE DAY after my first appointment with her and had almost no pain at all. I will definitely keep going back. Worth every penny. Her office staff is warm and kind. I dont know what I would have done without her!
