They were able to help me out quickly. You can make free copies of the information you need to provide. Ms. Hollis was a really great help. She genuinely wanted to help my family. She complete my interview the same day I came in and I received some much needed help. Everyone I came across was nice. The lady at the desk soon as you step in was very helpful and nice as well. I spent about 1 1/2-2 hours there. I think it was a very acceptable amount of time for the process, considering I was applying for more than one program and ask questions. Overall experience was great from start to finish.

I use to absolutely hate goin to this office, but now that they have upgraded and not many kids are there I actually dont mind. But I live the app. They have so many rude CSR but Candyce was extremely helpful she completed my case same day instead of having me wait 30days. Thank you for your blessing.
