So far not so good. Im currently 26 weeks pregnant and for my first parental visit I was told by a doctor that it was pointless to request for a doctor who I would see every time I went in. Four days ago I had a really bad toothache. The dentist that I went to see told me that I needed to get the approval from an ob. I went in with a list of medications that the dentists would use during the procedure, brought it to the receptionist who by the way was rude on the 6th floor , she then asked who was my primary OB doctor I told her I didnt have one and then she told me that it was going to take about 24 hours to get back and its been more than 24 hours, very dispointed. Had high hopes for Essentia after I had volunteered for awhile. I dont like nor appreciate being treated like unworthy person . My husband and I paying for our insurance the least I ask for is for some respect. One last thing, i get my sonogram scanning and the technician handed me a CD with only two pictures on it.... REALLY.

Far beyond my best hospital experience to date. Ive had a lot of surgeries for someone my age, first time here. I am admittedly a big baby when it comes to this stuff and I let them all know how uncomfortable and nervous I was, and about problems Ive had in the past especially with anesthesia. The nursing staff and anesthesiologist could not have possibly been more accomodating and helpful to me. I wish I could remember all of their names because they all deserve major credit, especially the nurses. I am now resting very comfortably at home and I know that is in big part to the exceptional care I received at the hospital.

My mom was admitted tonight (7/7/17) for pneumonia. She is on pain medication, every 4hrs for her back. (Complete lumbar and thorasic fusion) she is now 9 hrs past her last dose time!! We have been waiting for 3 hrs for the hospitalist to stop in to access mom and order her pain medication. I have spoke to the nurses 3 times, they have paged the Dr 3 times with no response. Very disappointed, this is unacceptable!

No direct extensions for the surgical department and when you have a wound vac that is not functioning properly this is completely unacceptable. Scheduling appointments has taken up to 30 minutes. There needs to be a direct number.

Wait time for X-ray and lab results are too long . They say its 45 mins but I waited 2 hours .
