This company is taking over a nursing agency here in Michigan.. that being said, they are not yet prepared to take on clients... they have no nurses but are quick to get signed up and paid by your insurance.. Their reps sat in my living room and talked a big game on how many nurses they have and the quality of nurses.. they talked how their company has a 3% return to NICU rate when other companies have a 6-10% return rate due to being understaffed.. shame on me for not doing my research and taking them at their word.. of course I could have checked out their Facebook and website all I wanted.. they remove bad reviews too.. I only wanted nursing coverage Sunday through Thursday overnight 8-8 or 9-9 and two day shifts.. no weekends... pretty easy to cover according to other agencies.. They couldnt cover 90% of what we needed... their office here in Michigan is mismanaged and unorganized.. the nurses hate the way its ran.. I would say check out google as well and see what the nurse employees are saying... when employees and clients are not happy you know there is something major wrong... the company cant remove these bad reviews... my goal is to make sure nobody goes through what we went through... do not hire this company... When you have a child that needs care 24/7 or they could die do not depend on this company.. Take a minute and google "epic health services reviews" and their staff will let you know how terrible this place is...

They bought out my daughters home nursing agency Pediatria 3 months ago and have yet to cover a single shift for my daughter. I am given 16 hours of nursing coverage a day from insurance, every day of the year. They came into my house demanded that I do the Epic paperwork to switch over and have their nurses come saying that they couldnt cover me until I did all of this I did all of that and there is no coverage and I cant get nurses from the agency that they took over anymore effectively cancelling out all of my daughters Home Health Care Services. They had their home inspection Personnel call me to do a review with a nurse and when I said they have not sent nurses to me for 3 months she said to me wow thats strange I asked about your coverage and they told me you were fully staffed. The nursing book they sent you has none of my daughters character listed in it it does not have the medicine she is supposed to get snow said it does not have her character and it does not have any instructions for the nurse to actually take care of my child. DO NOT HIRE EPIC HEALTH CARE!!

Was working for the Worcester Mass. office and its the worst place I have EVER worked for , ALL my pay was shorted , miles i had driven were Never reimbursed I stopped working over a month ago and have not received my pay come to find Im only being paid for 11 of almost 17 hours that I did work, dont waste your time here theres never hours and all office employees are rude and never greet properly just a waste of time not even the clients I visit like the company and have reported many times and nothing gets done good luck if you do work here hopefully they start to pay correctly and timely!

Worst place to work for! They dont know what they are doing in the Chicago office. Something is ALWAYS wrong with your check and they dont fix the problem appropriately. I still have not received the right amount for my last pay check.
