Este lugar es una estafa y una falta de respeto,yo estaba trabajando y un polvo me cayo en el ojo, el ojo se puso rojo porque era un kimono corrosivo,lo logico era que fuera para mi casa a descansar y no exponer mis ojos nuevamente a otro kimico ,hasta pasara el enrojecimiento, pero el médico dijo que no tenia nada que podia seguir trabajando,eso es inumano,antiprofesional no se cuántas cosas,pero todo no termina ahi,el medico me una receta y cuando fui a Walgreen me dijeron que lo qie el habia recetado no lo cubria el seguro de la fábrica luego la Farmacia traro de contactar al doctor en varias ocasiones y el Médico les dijo k cambiarían la receta,todavia lo están esper

I came to this clinic after looking them up through my insurances website. Before heading their way I called to double check that they took my insurance and was told there was no way to know until I got there. When I got there I was told the wait was an hour and a half. I said okay thats fine. I filled out my paper work and turned in my id and insurance card to the very rude woman at the front desk. After nearly 40 minutes of sitting in the front lobby, she called me back to her desk to let me know she didnt take my insurance. (she also told a co worker she had never seen anything like my card and seemed to have no clue how to go about dealing with something new, or maybe she just didnt want to). I said thats okay. I still need to see the doctor, how much longer is my wait going to be. She then told me, she hadnt even checked me in yet. So i just sat for nearly an hour, wasting my lunch break for a rude woman to tell me she didnt take my insurance. I will NEVER visit that or any other Concentra Urgent Care location again. Your front desk workers are the face of your company and these workers were rude.

Great staff in the back but the ladies in the front seemed to be more concerned about their personal problems and not chicking on patient paperwork. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes after my exam waiting to be told I didnt need any paperwork that they would be sending it in. I attempted to ask the front desk ladies if I need to wait and if she knew how long before the doctor was done with my paperwork. I was told "your paperwork will be brought up when theyre done". I watched as the doctor dropped my paperwork into the holder for the fromt desk and had to wait another 10 minutes due to the lady talking to another and on her phone. Personally I dont believe Ill be returning to this Concentra Urget Care. Worst one Ive been to yet. But as I said doctor and techs in the back were great.

Being Saturday there was no way to see my primary care physician and my issue, an infection, was not serious enough for an emergency room. With out-of-town travel on Monday and Christmas on Tuesday I felt I could not wait until Wednesday or Thursday to see my regular doctor but needed to get started with some antibiotics. Concentra was a great option for me. I got in quickly enough, the staff was very friendly, and I got the care I needed. While they are not an alternative to a hospital emergency room, I feel very comfortable returning there for issues requiring quick attention that are not life threatening.

This place is horrible! Please please if you have to see someone, avoid concentra. The staff is very rude and disrespectful and they dont care about your needs at all. The only thing that they are concerned about is making money. There is an employee that works there by the name of Rudy Campus, he is very rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and hes a crook!! I took a DOT Drug test and he poured my urine out and made me wait 3 more hours before I took it again because he stated that I didnt have enough. He treated me poorly and he had no remorse about it. Run from this place!

The front desk lady said two peoples Social Security numbers out loud and the staff had attitude all of them and the minute you sit down they call you back up there and then they tell you to go sit down but once you sit down they call you back to the front desk to sign or initial something and then they send you back to your chair and you sit down and they call you back again. So after I did that about 5 times I got water out of the filtered water system and it had ants in it...

Every staff member here is beyond rude and disrespectful. I have not been treated so poorly by a business ever. I wasnt even here for me. I was here with my husband and they refused to let me go back with him. My husband! He wanted me there and I was denied. I am floored by the disrespect and will NEVER return to this Concentra. The one I went to in Lewisville was much better This place is awful!

A friend of mine n I went here because she was having severe pains in her legs. It took them two hrs to even see us. Then the doctor took 2 phone calls in the middle of the examination. In the end we paid $50 for the doc to tell us that it was a "mystery", and that there was nothing they could do. She ended up being admitted to the hospital the next day for mutiple blood clots in her leg!!!!

Front staff was rude; I could over hear other patients personal information. Dr was abrupt and unconcerning, talked to me like he was reading from a book. Spoke quickly like he was under a time frame. An xray that should have take 45 seconds took 20 minutes because of staff and old old equipment. Do not go to this facility under any circumstances.

The employees at the front desk are very rude and has no regard for the HIPPA PRIVACY ACT. If you dont mind an EXTREMELY long wait time and front desk receptionist SHOUTING your personal info aloud VIOLATING HIPPA then this is definitely your place. The Dr. was nice and that was it. I highly would avoid this location.

Let me very clear: If you have a Texas workers compensation claim, do not go the Midway facility. Instead, go to the Valwood location. This doctor at Midway is there to close your case, and will not assist you any further.... The office staff is very kind and considerate. In fact, very nice.

I had the displeasure of having to attend this clinic. never have I had to deal with such rude, disrespectful staff. At one point, one of the front desk staff members used profane language to refer to me. I would recommend any person who enjoys being respected to avoid this clinic.

I didnt have much time so I called before hand to see if there was much of a wait. I got there waited an hour to be seen and they said they still didnt input my information into the system. I still had thirty minutes to go. Sorry Concentra. I wont be going back!

Ive been waiting for two hours just to take a drug test and TB testing... Ive seen people come in after myself and go right back. Ive been needing to use the restroom sinceI arrived... slow service never been to this location first time and the wait is insane
