When I arrived after a week of reviewing my mother-in-law and approving her as a patient, we were surprised nobody knew she was expected. Other items which we were promised and found to be lies: room was not clean, no Spanish speaking staff, no room in closet for her clothes, broken dirty bedside tables. Half of the facility is being "remodeled" but we did not encounter any workers present during the week...
