I have had pets all my life and have therefore used a number of vets. Roselle Animal Hospital is the best Ive ever come across and wish Id found them years ago. They dont give you surprise fees, they have half-off vaccinations on Wednesdays and best of all-they care! Our dog, Hawk, had been pulling out his fur during the summers for about 8 years now. The other vets we went to guessed allergies and all sorts of other ailments, costing a LOT and not solving anything. On the first visit to Roselle Animal Hospital, Dr. Zink guessed that Hawks arthritis in his back legs had gotten much worse and that he was pulling his fur out from pain! To think hed been in pain for EIGHT years and we didnt know it. I felt sick. But the good news was, Dr. Zink put Hawk on Adequan shots and he hasnt pulled his fur out in over a year now. Hawk is an elderly dog, but Roselle Animal Hospital has extended his quality of life and maybe even life expectancy far more than we believe he would have had otherwise. Hawk even holds really still for the shot he gets every 3 weeks and within about 15 minutes, he is so much more full of energy and playfulness. We can tell he feels better right away!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! - Recently switched from Lake Street Animal Hospital and I AM SOOO glad I did. My little Shiba Inu recently had a severe emergency (glaucoma) and Dr. Pauly and his staff went above and beyond for me and my girl. While, we were unable to get the pressure down- Dr. Pauly was able to make a recommendation to an Eye Consultant, we know now that the end result will be the removal of her blind eye to relieve the severe pressure/pain she is experiencing. While we are unsure of when the eye will need to be removed (soon I am sure), I have already spoken with Dr. Pauly and ask that he be the one to perform the surgery (not the specialists). I have seen his concern and care for her throughout this ordeal. He has been available to me for this issue, and the issues I have with my other 2 dogs. My sincere appreciation is given to his and his staff for their absolute kindness during a regular checkup or an office emergency. - Many kind thanks!

The receptionist was inviting on the phone when I first scheduled my appointment. The reception area was ok when I brought in my beagle puppy Lucy. The doctor is technically great and saved Lucy from continuing unnecessary medication from the shelter. He noticed right away that she had an ear infection and did an ear swab to check exactly what she needed. Lucy is very friendly and loves licking peoples faces. He avoided her face licking and formally told her that was enough. Also, Lucy kept screaming in a high pitched way when the staff handled her. They said she wasnt in pain and called her a drama queen. Even with the new patient coupon, the visit was much more expensive than I was expecting. I found a more reasonably priced veterinary clinic and did not bring Lucy back.

My boxer decided to eat rat poison this past Saturday evening! ! Needles to say there wasnt any animal hospitals open so i had to wait to bring him in Monday. I had to Google how to make him vomit and went about squirting peroxide down his throat!! Thank the Lord he vomited! !! I did this twice, to get him to empty everything in his tummy. I was a complete mess the entire time having to wait till Monday. I called first thing on Monday morning explained what happened and they had me bring him in to be seen. Dr. Nicole Ciura (Dahm) was Stinkys vet that day. I cant even explain in words how awesome she was with Stinky!! She was very thorough and showed compassion in her job. Stinky loved her and so I for her help.

Roselle Animal Hospital took care of my 2 cats AOK for one boarding, because I got them back and they did not tell me anything was crazy when they were at the hospital! :-) It was nice that I found out about your place, because I know I have now a 2nd place to board or get my pets help if they need anything. However, the Schaumburg Animal Hospital is more closer to my home, so I will probably continue there first, then Roselle 2nd, for distance reason. In this last year, though, at different times, I had to put both kitties to sleep: Cancer and a weird spine issue. Soon, my husband and I will get a new pet, I hope. Lisa A. Stuckel/Kane

I dont know what I would do without these great caregivers. Ive had few serious scares with my dogs and they have always been there to help us through it. Prices are very fair. The level of care and attention you receive is unmatched by any other vet I have ever worked with. My parents now drive all the way from Libertyville for all of their vet needs as their previous vet was unable to resolve an issue for over six months. Roselle got them back on track and within weeks their dog has made a significant recovery. Give them a shot. You wont be disappointed!!!

Dr. Dahm and the rest of the staff at Roselle Animal Hospital have been wonderful. My husband and I adopted our dog a year ago, and every time weve seen them for an illness or injury the whole team has gone above and beyond to help us. For example, a new heartworm medication didnt agree with our dogs stomach, and Dr. Dahm switched it out for our old medication without any fuss. Our dog has also been boarded at Roselle several times, and they have taken great care of her. We are grateful to have such a caring and competent team looking out for our dog!

I absolutely would not go anywhere else! I am currently caring for a cat with cancer. Dr Pauly and his staff took the very best care of him. It has been 6 months since diagnosis and he is still doing well. I visited Dr Pauly many years ago and he took care of another one of my very sick cats, He pulled through and is still with me today. I was devastated when Dr Pauly retired. Needless to say, I was so happy when he came out retirement and began his practice again. I would recommend Dr Pauly and his very competent staff!

I love the Roselle Animal Hospital! They deal closely with the Second City Canine Rescue, which is where we rescued our dog from and have stayed with them as our vet because of the quality and compassion at their practice. They do not rush you, but take the time to answer any questions you have about your animal or to explain the issue going on. Our dog has seen have seen Dr. Dahm and and Dr. Zink and both are wonderful. I referred my sister to this practice for her cat and she also is very happy there.

The doctors and their associates in the practice, make you and your pet feel like they belong. Its not just a paycheck to them! Diligence, on hands and thorough come to mind. But, that is what one should expect at an animal clinic. But, when you see the care in their eyes when theyre handling your pet, it makes the visit much more enjoyable. Not just for the pet, but you the customer! Great follow up too, for a pet thats sick. Its just not a voice mail, they dont quit, until they speak to you!
