I experienced the worst possible customer service here. Very rude staff! Told staff i would be transferring regarding costs and front desk lady Asked my age and then proceeded to get an attitude with me because I was not a minor all because I was wanting to transfer to a different dentist because its more friendly and convenient for my family and where my mom goes. Ive never heard of any dentist submitting a claim for over $1000 to insurance for fillings then proceeds to send it for over $300 a tooth when only can charge set amount due to being in network. Called insurance to find out they submitted a claim twice and luckily services was denied by insurance or else they would have got payment twice. prices were adjusted finally and had to email more than once and call just to get x-rays transferred for a surgery and ortho appt. I had.Dont recommend this practice mainly because of the staff being rude. Dont even care about having a past due account that was paid in full. We all get behind in bills because life hits us all at once. More disappointed in how rude the staff was. Every excuse I got was an attitude stating Ive worked in the industry for 22 or 16 Years..longer than youve been born . This is nothing you should say to your patient. Sorry but taking my services elsewhere where patients arent treated with disrespect by having an attitude or arguing with patients in the office.

I had an amazing experience and visit with Dr Chike and his staff! As a general rule I have always been terrified of going to the dentist because of a horrible experience I had with a dentist when I was 16, now almost 30 yrs later I have found a new Dental home for myself and my family. I had to have a broken & decayed molar extracted, I contacted his office via his website outside of business hours and I heard back from his office within an hour or hour & half, again this was AFTER HOURS!! Amazing right!! I was able to get an appointment the very next day, I only use about a 15 minute wait. I expected Dr. Chike to have to do some major work to get this tooth out with it being broken so far down to the gum line on one side and super brittle on the other, I barely felt a pin prick when he put in the Novocain, barely felt pressure when he was actually extracting the tooth and most amazingly, he had that horrible tooth out in maybe 2.5-3 MINUTES flat and all in 1 piece roots and all! Please give his office a try it is very much so worth it! And mention my name when give them a call for an appointment, I want them to know how amazing I thought they were! Also as an FYI, his office is open Tuesday - Saturday for those of use who work and cant get in during normal Dentist working hours

Incredibly relaxing initial experience after dealing with 2 broken teeth within a few weeks (and fearing what would be necessary to repair them both). Dr Gary & his staff are a real find. The calming effect of their care is amazing! Staying close to home is nice too! Ill definitely allow Tooth Mechanix to help me maintain good oral health and think you should too!

Dr. Gary is absolutely wonderful. He really listens to your preferences. he really wants you to understand what is going on in your mouth and doesnt just power through your dental visit. Dr. Gary will be the only person I come to for cleanings and dental advice from now on!!! And they have SATURDAY appointments :)))

Fantastic experience here. Everything was thoroughly explained, from x-rays on the TV in front of me to photos. They also showed a desire to get to know me as a person instead of just a patient. I feel that Ive found my new dental family.
