They do offer good services at a very resonable price but over all my experience there was terrible! And what made it so terrible was how sucky thier costumer service was! Called a million 1/2 times during business business hours and no answer! And did not recieve any call back even after I left 3 messages concerning my pet. Of course the next day I recieved my pet in good and alive condition but still that not answering bullshit seemed shady. I seriously thought I was going to find out that my dog was going to be missing a kidney or other organs that could be sold on the black market! And to top it all off when I spoke to the manager about this issue all she had to say was oh yeah we never answer. Like what the hell! Thier excuse is that they service supposedly soooo many people (qoute "400 people") daily that they dont have time to answer the phone. Seriously? I would think that if somebody ran a business that was sooo busy and popular that they would have figured out an organized system to answer almost every call! Idiots I swear. Never again will I trust them with any of my pets! Id rather pay the hundreds of dollars to recieve a good, reliable, and courteous costumer service! Like do these people not understand how crazy dog parents can be!!!!

I have had the best experience at the RGV Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic. I have taken all my pets there to be spay and neutered. All the employees there have always treated me very well and have explained pick up and drop off times for my pets, even with the high volume of clients I have always been able to get my appointments and services completed in a timely manner. When I call, if I dont get an answer I LEAVE A MESSAGE, AND I HAVE BEEN CALLED BACK, I HAVE MISSED THERE CALL BEFORE AND THEY HAVE LEFT ME A VOICEMAIL. We should be grateful to have such a wonderful service like this in the valley.

We rescued an English Bulldog a few months ago, and this clinic was the cheapest option to get her spayed. We were able to get her microchipping, spay, her hernia fixed (plus pain medication and a cone) for under $150! Our vet was going to charge us double that amount, so I appreciate that this clinic was able to get us such a great price for everything. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. They do not answer their phone all the time, but they are also available via Facebook and email.

What kind of clinic is this?? On their website they say they offer many different services for cats and dogs but upon confrontation, they only offer most of the services (microchipping, vaccinating, etc.) on Saturdays. Why is that? Even when we wanted to get our dog neutered we are required to do precursor treatment due to her age that they dont even offer there! Its as if Im going to a hospital that only do open heart surgeries or baby deliveries on Saturdays. It makes no sense.

They do provided a good product, which is their spay/neutering services, but their customer service is less than acceptable. I had callled over 50 times during business hours, before lunch and before 4pm and NEVER got an answer. All I wanted is to confirm the time that I was supposed to take my cat in. Will bring this up when I visit later today.

Very cost efficient, compared to general vets. If you have trouble calling, make sure youre calling within their office hours. I had to go back because my dog licked the incision open. While I was there, these people are getting calls left and right. I dont blame them for not being able to answer all of them. Just keep trying.

I took my cat there to get spayed. Extremely affordable and great care. My only gripe is they gave my cat a bit too much anesthesia for her weight and was out of it for a good 16 hours or so. She managed just fine thankfully. Even though that happened, I would still definitely take another animal to their clinic.

When you call for an appointment they quote you a price 70 for females 50 for males then once they are done end up paying an extra 60 dollars for blood work antibiotics they do not even call you to see if you want this extras please when picking up your dog take more money than what they quote you....

I took my dog a couple of years ago and had great service. Now, I have been calling for the past 4 weeks and left message to return my call to set up an appointment for my yorkie. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I UNDERSTAND THAT STAFF IS BUSY, BUT PLEASE RETURN CALLS.

Each time we took our dog for neutering they tell us he has heartworm. Twice we took him, same excuse but our Vet says no heartworm. These people known for turning them away. Disappointed and angry. Why are they lying?
