Avoid a "technician" named Jen. Apparently she cant read. When u drop off a pet, they have you fill out a form with that days contact info, list of concerns for ur pet, and any comments. She didnt bother or in able to look at the form. I made a comment to call MY cell when she ready, I wanted one month supply of her prevention medication, and trim the dogs nail please. Jen calls my husband at work and left a message. She never called the number I left for contact, which left my dog waiting an hour after her exam was completed! She did 6 month supply (then reads the form and says, "ohh you want just one month?" Uhh, yeah) and never trimed the nails! I asked whats the point of filling out the form? She didnt respond, walked away to the back room. She returned saying I needed to collect urine for testing and bring it back? I asked, you trimed the nail right? "Ummm, no" she answers. Front desk employee said "it was in the notes, didnt u see that?" She grabs my dogs leash and said, "fine Ill do it now." I say no, thanks. Top this off, as she walks back she growled out loud at me!! I look at her and the other front desk employee, did u just growl at me? Ohh, no she responds! Off al this, Jen NEVER said "I am sorry" for all the mistakes i made. The front desk employees says Im sorry for all of this, next nail trim is on us. In a whole, Banfield is great! Great hours, caring employees, but today... Jen needs to learn how to slow down and read!

This Banfield location was wonderful! I live in San Antonio, so I dont normally go to the New Braunfels location, but my pet was suddenly sick and in pain and I tried 4 other locations before this one to see if anybody could work my pet in for an appointment. This was the only location that was able to help out my pet and I. They created an opening for a drop-off appointment and they were wonderful! They were even short one doctor that day and they still helped out my pet in a professional and loving way. Every single employee that I dealt with was extremely sweet, efficient, and caring. Thank you so much to the entire staff!

Dont sign any Wellness Plans. They trap you and automatically renew your plan and then they stick you with the whole next years contract amount with collection agency. Also They have a sign that says they treat sick patients first. They lie. The doctor goes by his surgery schedule. My pet almost died waiting on the doctor to get out of routine surgery when I took my pet in at 7:30 am telling them he was severely dehydrated. They didnt even start looking at my pet until 4 pm that evening. He almost died.

Very excellent customer service with reasonable prices. We needed to have documents completed so we could travel abroad with our dogs. The vet was kind enough to squeeze us in last minute to fill out the forms, provide an exam and vaccinate them. He was very patient, kind, well informed and wonderful with our dogs. I highly recommend them not only for this service, but for regular check ups as well!

Banfield Pet Hospital is great. Everyone is always so nice and they really care about your pet. Ive had the wellness plan for as long as Ive had my rescue and its so affordable to have the monthly plan. In addition to the discounts on preventative care and medicine, theres no cost for office visits. I think they are wonderful and my dog actually enjoys his vet visits.

I moved to New Braunfels three years ago and upon the recommendation of a friend, I started taking my geriactric English Bulldogs here to see vet Bobby Williams, DVM. Dr. Williams is great but so is everyone employed at the New Braunfels location. It is like you are a part of a great big extended family who is dedicated to helping you and your pets.

During a weekend visit to Wimberley, my dog got a fish hook stuck in her nose. Local vets were closed after 12 noon so we no other options. The doctor was able to get it out with no problems (just barely shallow enough to miss the barb) in less than 15 minutes. I wish my local Banfield was as efficient and helpful!
