I talked to my insurance company, multiple therapists and the receptionist to set up an appointment for group therapy with my significant other going by themselves for the first day. All of these people confirmed that that would be fine and there would be no problem with them going alone the first visit. ERICA LEMOYNE IS COMPLETELY RUDE. REBECCA emailed me this morning telling me that she spoke with the therapist that we were going to go see and that they said that they would not allow us to do this for their own personal reasons and did not take into consideration our situation at all. I emailed her back saying that I was not able and didnt want to come on this Tuesday and wanted to work something else out. REBECCA IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED OUR APPOINTMENT AND REPLIED TO MY EMAIL IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS SAYING SHE TALKED TO OUR THERAPIST AND SAID WE NEEDED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. What can I say, but wow. After confirming everything, filling out all of my paperwork and having no problems this happens. Wonderful.

These people WILL NOT HELP you. Take your kids and run. Theyre so completely unprofessional and rude. Totally disrespected both my 11 year old son and myself. They are terrible.

Dr. Spidaliere is kind, warm, professional and a great therapist. Also go to his group practice and theyre great as well. Reception is warm and professional. Highly recommend
