This place has some sort of monopoly for what they do in concord, and they know it. I got more help in 1 month after leaving that nightmare, than I did for over a year dealing with their crap. Took almost a month to actually see someone, then another 2 months after they handed out a handful of pills (which I still dont understand why they put me on them) then... I got to see someone who thought I needed to go up on everything even after telling them I felt worse. Honestly if you have a choice, take the OTHER option!! Overall; theyre mostly uncaring, over capacity (they dont care cuz they get paid for your anguish) and incompetent... If youre reading this... Good luck

Ive seen two different people at Riverbend over the years. They were okay; however, I cant tolerate one of the admin people anymore. Her rudeness and condescending attitude have upset me too many times and I am going to take my business elsewhere. I would suggest you do the same. Thankfully I am well enough, but I worry for those who might be looking for a counselor who arent. For a mental health service to have someone so full of malice at the phone seems to border on malpractice.

It was pleasant but I felt I wasnt getting enough help. I stopped going because I felt I could get better help elsewhere.

A very incompetent staff. It seems most of the people who work there are morbidly obese.
