I have been going to Dr Lighthouse since she came to this office, which was some time ago now. I would not trust my eyes to anyone else. She knows her stuff and answers all my questions and concerns in a way that I can understand. The staff there is just as friendly and know what they are doing as well. I was checked in, went through the exam and picked out my glasses all with relaxed, not rushed, friendly assistance. They said my glasses would be ready in appx. two weeks. Three DAYS later they called me to come in for my fitting. I was able to get in that day. Now I can see without having to take my dollar store cheaters on and off constantly. No more of that stuff for me. Thanks to Dr Lighthouse and her staff. You Guys ROCK!!!!!

Dr. Kroll and his staff are always friendly, informative, flexible and helpful. I have stopped in for maintenance questions without an appointment and was helped promptly and kindly. My young son also has received fantastic care through them and looks forward to going into their office. Dr. Kroll always explains his diagnoses and prescriptions. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful in questions of insurance and scheduling. Another eye doctor was not able to help me with the vision problem I was experiencing. Dr. Krolls expertise has given me renewed comfort and energy as well as ability to study.

The staff here is always cheerful and professional. They schedule their appointments well so that there is never any lengthy wait time. Dr Kroll takes the time to talk to you and ask questions on any eye-related problems you may be having. We worked with Jessica when choosing our new glasses and she was very helpful - it amazed me how familiar she was with ALL of the frames they have on display so that she could suggest different ones to try. The whole office was friendly and seem to like what they do which makes for a very pleasant experience overall.

I get my eye exam annually with Dr. Lighthouse, usually early in the morning so I can get on to my work. Dr. Lighthouse and the whole staff are competent, professional, and friendly. The get me in, we go through all the examination activities, and I get out and on my way. It is refreshing and hugely convenient to have this kind of experience each time I have gone in (and I have been going for around 10 years now). Thanks!

I have been a patient of Dr. Krolls for more than 19 years. He has taken such good care of my eyes and has helped to address some retina issues by referring me to a great specialist. Dr. Kroll also is wonderful at fitting rigid gas-permeable contact lenses; my eyes couldnt be happier! The staff is terrific too, and always available to answer questions.

Ive been seeing Dr. Kroll Sr. for many years, referred by a co-worker. The examinations are friendly and professional, not to mention very informative, and although the lenses and frames may coast a little more that Costcos or WalMarts, they are top quality and sold by a local family, not by a distant corporation paying minimum wage to local workers.
