Gave my daughter the run around when she needed to order replacement contacts. Tried to make her have another exam even though it was within a year. Finally got the contacts ordered on December the 18th and she still doesnt have her contacts (January 14). To add insult to injury, her glasses broke this morning. If you want reliability and responsible care....go somewhere else. Updated review... I was contacted immediately and all of the issues stated in my previous review were handled promptly. Thank you Lori and the doctors for resolving. My daughters contacts were sent to her the very next day.

The worst eye glass group I have enjoyed the displeasure of having dealt with. Watch them as they are a bait and switch group of operators. They sell you a cheap ($230.00) set of frames and when you have broken ear pieces in three weeks its a $569.00 set for new frames and a new set of lenses at $250.00 due to the fact they cant fit the existing lenses in the new frames. This after they have exhausted your insurance for a calendar year with poor frames and poor advise. Stay away from these people and this company.

Love Dr. Nguyen he is really nice and very informative. Office is clean and I never have to wait. Ive always just had them give me my prescription and Id go elsewhere to purchase my glasses. This year I purchased my glasses through them. I feel they are way to pricey and I probably will not purchase there again. I didnt like how one of the staff kept repeating that I have really good insurance that comment lead me to believe I was going to end up paying a lot for my eye glasses.

Dr. Yang was very thorough with my daughters exam. His exam results were consistent with her opthamologist findings from UCLA, unlike Dr. Suter who is more unorthodox. Only wish they had a better selection of glasses for children this time as their prices are better than Dr. Suters. I was told our appointment was in between shipments, so maybe next time.

Great service as soon as you walk in and throughout the visit. The lady who assisted me was very nice and helpful. She took into consideration what glasses I preferred and suggested new styles on frames. Great to have a second opinion when making a great decision! Dr. Yang was kind and explained the health of my eyes. Truly a great team and office!

I have been seeing Dr. Yang for years. He offers great customer service. The staff is properly trained and the facilities are very comfortable, made me feel like I was in a VIP lounge. After my appointment, they even sent me complementary copies of my retinal photos. I would highly recommend Bakersfield Eye Care to my friends and family.

My husband and I went in today for his exam. Everyone was very friendly and didnt wait at all for our appointment. They took him straight back as soon as we walked in. Mario was very helpful wheb picking out frames. Yes, they can be a little pricey but I would pay a little more again for another great experience.

Only thing stopping a 5 is how long it took for my glasses to be ready the first time, and the second time when my prescription needed adjusting. Friendly staff, good service, slightly pricier conparatively but it shows in the service and quality.
