I have only very positive things to say about this wonderful doctor and staff! I first went in on an emergency basis as I had developed an eye infection and having just moved to the area did not have an eye doctor as yet and they were willing to see me the same day which is remarkable. My condition was quickly and correctly diagnosed and the prescriptions and treatment worked perfectly. A few months later I had an allergic reaction to a new contact lens solution that had been recommended to me by another doctor and again, I was seen promptly and Dr. Weitkamp very quickly figured out the problem and switched me to a different solution that is working better than anything I have used previously. I will definitely be going back for my annual exam and any future vision issues. Oh, and I had a new pair of glasses made through this office and they were very easy to work with and efficiently produced my glasses very quickly.

I am 51 years old and this is my first time for glasses. I waited to long and I have to read with gorilla arms. How far out can I hold out the newspaper? I hate waiting and Im very busy. However, The were ready when I got there. I filled out a short form, gave them my insurance, and a few minutes later I was in! There were very, very thorough. Much more than Costco. I walked out later with my glasses ordered and paid for. I was surprised it was cheaper than Costco. Great service and explanation of my eyes.

Dr. Weitkamp and his staff are excellent in all respects: helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly during every visit. Dr. Weitkamp has helped me and some of my family members with eye infections, as well as vision issues. He spends whatever time is necessary to get to the root of the problem. Having said that, he doesnt hesitate to refer you to other doctors when necessary.. He is always my first visit whenever Im experiencing eye problems. What a great resource in AG!

as with any medical procedure , you should expect the most advanced knowledge and instruments available to resolve whatever problem need correcting. I found this to be the case at Arroyo Grande Optometry. Every aspect of this office was within my expectation and I will continue to use there service. VLS

Going to Arroyo Grande Optometry was a great experience. The exam was quick and easy and the large frame selection was nice. I was able to find a great frame to update my image and they worked with my insurance company to give me a great deal.

The Doctor and Staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They really seem to care. Brought my wife and kids here after finding this place. Location and parking is great. Just ordered my second pair of glasses from them.
