After many years of using Eye Q Vision, I grew tired of feeling like I was just another number in an assembly line like process. So, I decided to try to find a new doctor. After reading a number of reviews I made an appointment to see Dr. Alesha Jensen. The office was easy to find and there was ample parking. From the moment I entered the office I felt like a real person! I was seen right on time. Each staff member was very friendly and really listened to what I had to say. They kept me informed about what my insurance would and would not pay for so there were no surprises. Dr Jensen was very gentle and caring. She is great!!! When it came time to pick out my new frames there was no pressure to get me to go with something more expensive. I highly recommend Fig Garden Optometry to anyone looking for great eye care! My first time experience with Fig Garden Optometry was back in March where i was greeted and handled by the most awesome staff. Dr Krohn was the optometrist who helped me- amazing would be an understatement! He was very attentive to my questions and needs and I didnt feel rushed. I was so impressed with their five-star service I even made a second appointment for contacts! Again, was greeted and handled by their amazing staff and awesome Dr Krohn. I would definitely recommended anyone coming here for their eye health needs.

I had not gotten new glasses for a few years and needed a new optometrist. Something local, friendly and welcoming. The reviews for this place caught my eye (pun intended) and for good reason. Its a rare experience to be happy with every portion of a businesss service from start to finish. Reception was great, Amy was great, Dr. Jensen is great at explaining the tests, how they work, what you need to know. Ive literally never had a more pleasant visit to an optometrist. Highly recommended.

My expectations are always exceeded. The staff is so polite and helpful and my doctor is amazing. He is so thoughtful and explains everything that is going on with my vision. I love the commitment to the community they have as well, an example this year is the get one give one where they donate an exam and classes to a recipient in need when I got mine. Great Job! We might not be able to change the world in a day, but we can change one person’s world today! I Recommend them to everyone I know.

I have never felt like there was a pressure sale of expensive frames/glasses, in fact just the opposite. The doctor always takes the time to speak with me and find out if anything has changed and to make the visit personal. Ive never really felt like a patient but more like an ofriend whose come by ;-) Thank you doctor !

Fig Garden Optometry is a 5-Star operation. From start to finish, the staff is professional, courteous, and the office atmosphere is just plain happy! Im always impressed with the use of the latest technology. I have been a patient of Dr. Krohn for over 20 years - can I give him 10 stars? I have been coming here for a couple of years to deal with my dry eye situation. Dr. Krohn is the best! Hes been patient when my eyes dont cooperate with the treatment and offers up a new ideas to try. Hes come in on his day off to conduct a procedure.
