Shortly after finishing high school I was in a bad car accident were I fractured my skull and spent 7 day in intensive care. Throughout the years I have taken many different approaches in treating my continuous headaches, low back pain and damage to my sciatic nerve. I have been fortunate enough to have never experienced any seizures in relation to my head injury but, for a great while I self medicated with over the counter headache meds to treat my constant tension headaches. In visiting Dr. Kulmacz over a short period of time I have experienced great results. I have little to no headaches throughout the week and I experience a lot less leg numbness; an effect from my damaged never. I would recommend Dr. Kulmacz and Paulk Clinic services to anyone in the metro Atlanta area who is looking for fast, efficient and effective chiropractic care from a knowledgeable care team.

I have been treated at the Paulk Clinic for awhile now. I have been in multiple car accidents, and come here to help with back and neck pain . The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I also love that i never have a wait time, when i come in for my appointment i am seen almost immediately. Dr. Kulmacz and Dr. Paulk are very thorough and expain everything to you as you go along with treatment, and I appreciate that. The hours are great too, they open early most days, and stay open pretty late, very convenient if you work or have other obligations. Kevin and Natalie are also great, everyone makes you feel right at home! I would definitely recommend if you are in need of a chiropractor.

I tried 3 different chiropractors before I was directed to Paulk Clinic. I was previously told by two orthopedic surgeons that I would need surgery to relieve the pain. After one week at Paulk I was almost pain free and have watched and spoken to others that have come here to see them go from barely able to walk to complete relief. Now thats wonderful, but equally wonderful is the staff. A day without them is like a day without sunshine. I am amazed how quickly his patients are able to return to their pain free life. Thank You so much.

The best and most friendly like family practice. I have been coming to Dr. Paulk since I was a young child, my entire family comes here. But when I was in a bad car accident in 2015 Dr. Paulk is the first person I called and he and everyone one there has taken such good care of me. I can honestly say I would not be where I am today in my recovery without Dr. Paulks help and guidance. Dr. Paulk has a great team and I know most of them since I was a child they are awesome and I totally trust them.

Doctors Paulk and Kulmacz are good people. Its obvious as soon as you walk in that your health is their only concern. The staff is very friendly. They dont push any unnecessary treatment on you, and they explain everything in a way that even children would be able to understand. Unlike other places Ive been, they are very efficient. Ive never waited for more than 2 minutes to start treatment. They get you out fast but dont rush. Id highly recommend The Paulk Clinic.

Dr. Kulmacz is Awesome!!! I have been seeing him for quite some time. The level of care is consistent and his knowledge is incredible. I use to suffer from severe lower back pain, and I am practically living pain free now. I am thrilled that I am able to function and continue my exercise regimen with significantly no pain. The BEST! He cured my sciatica years ago. Being the ED RN that I am; I would quietly recommend him to patients that came in to HMC with sciatica when I gave their discharge papers! I had to be careful though as MDs dont like that!
