Where to begin? Brought my wife here after moving back to Georgia from Florida. We were in a car accident a while back, and had been seeing a chiropractor in Florida that we had seen for years. Upon entering Arrowhead, we were greeted very nicely by the ladies at the front counter (this being the only reason this place deserves a single star). Once the paperwork was done, we were ushered to a room. The doctor came in and began speaking to my wife like she hadnt actually been in a car accident. After that, she started degrading the chiropractor we had seen in Florida for years. To top it all off, they require 2 forms of insurance for you to even be accepted as a patient. She never got to the part where a doctor usually asks a patient how they are feeling. This place is only concerned with money and talking down to you, so if you dont mind being treated like a bank, or a robot, this is the place for you.

Five out of five stars - Great Chiropractor! I have been to different chiropractors this year but they did not really solve the problem. Dr. Erica Levy seems to actually care and she really wants to help. And I feel better now for the first time. She does the adjustments much better than the other doctors I visited. Makes you feel relieved and also great like after a workout. IF something does not help she will try different approaches. I feel better after the adjustment for days. She is very nice and makes you feel very welcome. And the pricing of this place is also incredible, e.g. for a follow up (with some adjustments etc.) I paid about 17$ without involving my health insurance! I am still going there because it makes me feel great. All the staff is super friendly and nice. Thanks to Dr. Erica!

Ive been coming here since I got in a car accident a little while back. The staff is unbelievable. They are so kind and so personable. They put my needs first and always welcome me by name and a warm smile! Ive been impressed since day 1. The girls are very thorough and helpful! And Dr. K is great. I have never left with a single question unanswered. She is an amazing chiropractor and genuinely cares for her patients. As well as all of the girls there. I highly recommend Arrowhead in Mcdonough to everyone! Every time I visit I leave with less stress, less pain, and an all around easy feeling. I am so thankful for this wonderful group!

My experience with Arrowhead Clinic in McDonough with Dr. K, Melissa, Kristen & Tasha has been excellent. Upon arrival the staff greets me by name and obtain my number account. My first & second week Tasha provided the best care in ensuring that I was comfortable during my appointments. Dr. K is one of the best Chiropractors there are, she is efficient and ensures that I am aware of everything that is going on. Dr. K certainly has a passion for caring for others. Melissa & Kristen runs & operates the front office with the best level of professionalism. I would highly recommend McDonough Arrow Head to anyone.

Arrowhead, McDonough has been a wonderful place to recover from my car accident. The staff here is excellent and the facilities are always clean and tidy. At first I was hesitant and didnt really know if this was a good choice. But after my first visit, I knew that I was in the right place. Dr. K and the staff made me feel welcomed and explained everything to me every step of the way. I highly recommend Arrowhead as a place for anyone who wants to recover in a healthy, positive, and energetic environment!!

My experience at the clinic in McDonough was a solid A+ all the way across the board from the very first day I arrived to the last day of my treatment. Dr. Levy really knows and love her work. She will have you feeling right. And for Roberta, the Chiropractor Assistant she was AWESOME!!! Even though I may have been in pain when entering the office, she was the first smile I saw, and smiles are contagious, so of course it made me smile back through the pain :)

So far the staff in my opinion is great! They are really efficient and friendly. I feel like they care about you and do whats needed to take care of you. I was seen by the chiropractor who immediately relieved my pain and came up with a plan of care to help me with the crick in my neck. Their prices are very affordable if you have no insurance. I will definitely continue to come and recommend them to everyone I know!

After my car wreck, Dr. K and her team were recommended to help with my neck and back pain. I had never been to a chiropractor and was nervous about going. Dr. K explained what she was doing each time and why. I cant say enough about Dr. K, Shelby and the rest of the staff at Arrowhead! Always smiling, knowledgeable , and friendly. Recently moved to ga from memphis and was terrified of finding a new chiropractor, Ive had mine for over 15 years and was soooo happy to find Dr Keating, she is AMAZING! Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful, office hours are so much better than back home where its 3 days open there and 5 here. I plan on staying with this office til Im old and grey!
