Ive been seeing Dr. Malina for many years. I did some research into chiropractic techniques before I saw him and was very glad that he adjusts with a gentle technique, works a lot with upper cervical issues while addressing the whole spine, and addresses soft tissue issues. Adjustments that are just cracking and popping are not the best for full healing. One reason is that very tight muscles can negatively impact adjustments so soft tissues must be addressed. Not all chiropractors have the same approach or have the same "touch." Its the same with any profession. So if you shy away from cracking and popping, Dr. Malinas approach will please you. Also, keep in mind that just as adjusting/aligning teeth with braces is done slowly and takes time, so does your spine. Visits are repeated for a reason.

Dr. Whitney and her staff are great. They take such good care of me—from my regular visits to fitting me in when I have more urgent needs. They always take the time to see how Im feeling and doing, any changes in my health and adjusting my treatment as necessary. They all show a commitment to my health and well being. I feel well cared for and have experienced less pain due to my treatments. I like that Dr. Whitney uses other therapies, like light and traction, to help with my lower back problems. I also see her for Atlas Orthogonal to keep my neck inline and holding. They take my insurance which is awesome as I dont know if I could go as often as I need to if they didnt. Im so glad I found her/them.

Wonderful Place...We had the pleasure of starting service with them in 2010 w Dr. Clifford Malina (RIP) and now continue with Dr. Whitney Malina....The family dynamics are amazing...there is an aura of love and it transposes to a feeling of " I matter" as you walk thru the doors and receive care.And the follow up...the calls to check up on you ..these days is unheard of ...but not when u receive care from the Malinas ..LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!
