Be sure to enter into care with full understanding that if you are on a payment plan and you do not complete care for any reason you will owe a balance to the office. Also understand that the "practice member" is you the patient when signing their agreement. I had 4 months of treatment out or a ten month treatment plan. Made payments timely but had to discontinue due to financial hardship. I was advised upon my request to discontinue care that I had a balance of over 500. I started the care due to back pain. The care was ok and I hoped it would help relieve the pain. I didnt experience an amazing testimonial, unfortunately. Dr. Shannon was exceptional in taking time to explain the process and provide pain relief tips and adjustments specific to the pain. I, overall, didnt really see much improvement, however. The improvement timeframe was expressed at the initiation of care and again during by Dr. Shannon; that recovery is a process and it would take time to "feel" better. I was hopeful and planned to go the full 10 months but could not. The thing that was not clearly explained was the huge balance owed if care was discontinued. Now there is an extra bill added to the hardship that caused the discontinuation of care in the first place. I believe in chiropractic care for overall wellness but cannot return to Discover as the trust I had with them has been broken. The practice has reminded me to read ALL paperwork in great detail even when it is presented with wonderful success stories by a practice of faith based clinicians with high tech equipment. I was caught off guard. That wont happen again.

Discover Chiropractic has been a God send... literally. They base all that they do around educating everyone who comes in, which in our day and age is very rare in a doctors office. They actually spend time with you! I have never left with my questions not being answered in a thorough manor. I started care with migraines, blood sugar issues and infertility concerns. Migraines... gone. Blood sugar.... stable and Im 8 months pregnant! Ive been under care my entire pregnancy as well and I dont have a lot of the complaints I hear from other pregnant women like back pain, extreme exhaustion, nausea, gestational diabetes or sciatic pain... none of it! I plan on getting our baby checked once he/she is born (never knew babies could get adjusted or why they would even need to be... and yet again they took the time to EDUCATE me so I now know what to do after our baby is born! They even let me watch a new born get adjusted so I would feel more at ease!) Another plus is the staff is amazing. They are always cheerful, positive and helpful! Dr. Jeremy and Dr. Amanda always make me feel at ease (I was very nervous when I started to get adjusted but so many of my friends told me it could help so I went anyway). They also make it affordable for the whole family. My husband is also under care which I know we wouldnt have been able to afford anywhere else. We love them and they have become like family! I would recommend them to anyone. A friend that I referred actually drives 45 minutes away b/c she cant find the same quality of care or experience anywhere else. So... GO! Itll change your life!

I have been a long time patient of the Drs. The office has changed a lot. They no longer take time with their patients to hear what is going on. They used to really listen and seem like they cared but that is no longer. They are out of the office so much it makes it hard to get in when you have a crazy work schedule. They even shortened their hours from what they used to be making it even harder to get there. If you want to see Mrs. Dr Hess, you have to make sure she is even in the office anymore. They used to be amazing but now the office is so rushed and my adjustments are rushed. They quality is just not there anymore. They are so busy going on trips and closing on Saturdays, I think they forgot that their patients need them. Another thing that I consider an issue is the very rude woman they have working there. She is not personable at all. When I have to call and hear that she answers, I prefer to hang up than speak with her. Of all the people they have had in their office over the years, she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in their office. I always thought they set the standard very high on the bar for their employees but this woman is still there no matter how rude she is to people.

If youre tired of being on a medical merry-go-round with doctors, procedures and medications that really dont help much, and if youve given up hope that you will ever be "right" again; then, you must go see what this practice is all about. My life was turned around when a friend referred me to this office. I had been going to my gynecologist for six months to address an issue and had multiple procedures done in the office and still no answers. I walked out after my last visit feeling hopeless. When my friend told me about Drs. Hess, I had no idea how chiropractic could help an issue like this but at this point I was willing to give anything a try. I was truly amazed at the simplicity of the process of my body healing and appreciated the time and education I received. Not only is that issue gone but I havent had a sinus infection in 6 years (which had also been a chronic issue). I am grateful for such dedicated doctors and staff that truly care!

I am so thankful to have heard about this office! Discover Chiropractic is different. The moment I walked in for the first time, I knew it was going to be a different experience, and it was better than I could have imagined. The staff was so friendly, and the first day was very informative and I learned a lot about health! I have been around chiropractic my whole life, and until I went in to Discover, I had no idea it could be done with this much excellence, with a genuine, tailored plan for my wife and I to meet our health goals. They take a specific approach to address my health concerns and gave me direction in attaining the health and life I want for my family. I would recommend anyone in the greater Atlanta area who wants to take their health to the next level to schedule a visit with these Chiropractors. Thank you Drs. I started going to Discover when I was pregnant with my first, and my whole perspective on life and health has changed as a result. I feel like they have not only made me feel better, because Ive been in several wrecks and have suffered with neck pain as a result, but theyve educated me in many aspects of health. Based on the education Ive received there, I dont run to the medicine cabinet for myself or anyone in my family anymore for a quick fix. I think through immune system boosting remedies and healthy eating, as well as an adjustment instead. I am truly thankful for what they do and now that Im pregnant with my second, I cannot imagine a pregnancy without regular adjustments!
