Had an appointment with the cardiologist at 3 PM. Was not seen until 4:30. While waiting I asked the nurses, or whatever they are who sit on computers in the back, where the doctor was as I had been waiting an hour. They told me the doctor was at the HOSPITAL and "running late." Running late is maybe 10-15 minutes behind schedule, not over an hour. If they knew the doctor was doing a procedure, they should call their patients and alert them to what is happening and ask if they would like to reschedule. They did not apologize for the doctor being late and most likely would not have told me anything unless I asked. When the doctor did arrive, he did not apologize for being late and making me wait an hour and a half nor did he shake my hand before or after my visit. He was with me for all of 5 minutes. Granted I was there for test results ONLY, this was the most unprofessional and awful experience I have ever had with a doctor in my life. Go to another cardiologist if youre looking for one in the area. Despite being referred here by my PMD, I will NOT be going back.

Came I to have my lungs checked since my head is pounding and I feel like a hundred pound weight is on my chest...question is how does an urgent care that cover a patient load for 31 doctors only have two doctors on site? Ive been waiting over an hour and still havent been seen. Place is totally under staffed especially seeing how the winter months can have more sickly patients coming in!

Came with very sharp stomach pain in 7 am, almost passed out filling up a paper work, but they want let me see the doctor, I was about to call 911. The front desk ledies are Not humans and Not a doctors , and after all the was smiling looking at my crumbs. Do not go to this place if you are looking for a help. They dont care about peoples health.

I hate this place. The women lie to you about the line. There is no haste here. One doctor with a room filled with patients.....is Completely unacceptable. If you ever plan on coming here. Clear your WHOLE day because youll sit half the day in the waiting room. I would highly recommend going somewhere else

Courteous, Competent and Timely. Admittedly on a weekend, Saturday morning AND I made an online appointment. I was seen so quickly, I hadnt even finished all the paperwork. The nurse and doctor were caring and competent. I would return if I needed to.

Usually an hour wait, or longer, but the doctors are caring and intelligent. The place I go when my family doctor tells me next week for an appointment.
