We had a bad experience with the office staff. We are new to town, and my 18 month old daughter woke up with Croup. We didnt know what to do, so I called the doctors office, and they said that we could not be seen today, and told us to go to Community Quick Care. When we arrived at Community Quick Care, they told us that they do not treat pediatric respiratory conditions, and that we had to go somewhere else. So, we went to the ER. The ER didnt need to do anything, and sent us home (with a huge bill). When I spoke with Grannans nurse, she said that they could have seen my daughter and given her a prescription to help. So, we have a $400 ER bill because this office staff didnt communicate well with Grannan or her nurse. We really like Grannan, but will find an office with more competent staff.

Ive been going there since I was a kid and I LOVE my PCP shes amazing. But the office staff is another story. Ive had diseases on my chart that werent correct and I asked about it and they just removed it saying it was an error, also they gave me the wrong shot, instead of getting a hep B shot they gave me a hep C shot, which I find quite alarming. Also I they scheduled me for the wrong appointment, I came in one day with my card that said the time and they said someone had scheduled me at a different time. The staff cannot get their act together.

After a horrible experience with my special needs daughters doctor from birth, I switched to here because I heard good things, even though I live an hour away. I am so happy I switched, everyone is always nice and its always clean and we have never waited longer than 10 minutes for our appointment. I will gladly make the hour long trip every time my daughter needs to be seen because the doctors here actually listen and get things done.

Dr Vasilchek is excellent, the best family doctor Ive ever had. Im always seen quickly, and she takes time to carefully listen to me and evaluate my reason for coming in. She genuinely cares and makes very good decisions about my care. The staff who assist, or are at the front desk and in the lab, have always been friendly, quick and pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic.

Ive been going here since I was 10 I love all the nurse practitioners they are so sweet and patient and treat everyone with the upmost respect. Dr. Loveless I highly recommend to be your family physician if you need one shes an intelligent and well round woman and really makes you feel comfortable when speaking to your doctor. I can NOT stress enough how wonderful this place is!

The office staff is rude and incompetent, too many patients not enough doctors, Nurse practitioners have no clue what they are doing, cant figure out anything without at least 4 calls, sent away with a coupon that doesnt even work on the medicine that was prescribed, worst practice Ive seen in a long time, used to be a great place was a patient for 15 years, not anymore

Moving with the military with children is always nerve racking for me due to not knowing quality of Drs when we move. Luckily for me I picked this group of great Drs. My children see the Pediatricians here and they are wonderful. My husband and I have seen Dr McGill and he is wonderful as well. You wont be disappointed coming to this practice.

Ive being coming here since I was a kid, the office is really nice which they just finished updating. My doctor has been really good with getting me in taken care of. Some times it can be hard to get in and/or been seen at your appointment time.

Best pediatricians in the city. Family general practice is fantastic as well. They are busy and sometimes booked out but weve never felt rushed and they always leave a few slots open early in the morning for a quick visit when kids are feverish.

their service is like amature. paid copay at counter but got an invoice everytime. also, doctors are not friendly and they are keep saying wait. i spent 75 copay to just see a doctor 3 times with same symptom.
