Top notch care, especially for those in the local area. For the last ten years, I had to drive to Fishers for regular checkups with my general practitioner, but no longer. The two doctors I have had so far are amazingly well-studied for general practitioners and work well with my other doctors (a dermatologist and allergy and asthma specialist). They can get me in within two days for an emergency consultation that urgent care cant assist with, no hassle. This complex also houses a testing center if you need blood draws or other samples taken, as well as a radiology center. An urgent care facility is attended by Hancock Regional staff. I have been all three of these and the care is top notch, no different from what you would expect at a larger hospital, with all the benefits of a smaller, more accessible facility.

I have just recently switched from Community North physicians to Dr. Bangalore with Northeast Medical Group. I was with Community for 13 years, but I couldnt be happier with my decision to treat with this medical group. I cant say enough good things about this facility, from Dr. Bangalore, to the front office staff, the nurses all the way to the lab technicians and the diagnostic imagining technicians. Im not fond of medical facilities and/or staff, but these people are absolutely wonderful and have truly eased my mind and confirmed that I have chosen the right place for my medical care. You just wont find nicer people in a medical facility than the people at Northeast Medical Center!

I could go on for days about the disorganization and irresponsiblility of the people who work at this medical office. They never answer the phone, and it is routine to call during business hours, only to get the message stating that their office is closed. I experienced a serious medical condition after being a patient here for a couple years and was completely let down by this facility. Trust me, find another doctor!
