My experience with Dr. Pitts office over 1.5 years has been mixed. On the negative side, it is difficult to get someone to answer the phone for a question or an appointment. I have been forgotten while sitting in the waiting room, am always delayed (at least 30 minutes from my appointment time from my recollection), and have received conflicting answers to a question that delayed care for one of my children for more than two weeks. They have been routinely short staffed for the patient load they carry though I suspect that is improving with a new MD and PA. On the plus side, Marcus has been great to work with and some of the staff members seem to care a lot about patients and helping you through the process. Ive never seen Dr. Pitts in my time with the practice, but did meet him recently when he saw my child in the office. I find Dr. Pitts pleasant, but he didnt get to the root of the issue - seemed much more eager to share what he knew. To summarize, there are too many providers who have an exclusively positive experience, or nearly perfect positive experience for me to recommend this practice. I have already moved to another physician and will be moving the rest of my family as well.

Sent my daughter home with high blood pressure knowing it was dangerous for her and her baby...was gonna wait a month. The baby didnt make it hopefully my daughter does doesnt even deserve a star but had to rate to review.
