This "Dr" could care less about patients. I cant tell you how many times I have had to wait 35-45 minutes in waiting room after scheduling appointments on my lunch break, since he only sees patients for my concern at particular times of the week. Might I note, its never on my off day! Then to be taken to a room to wait another 10-15 minutes before he comes in. Finally, once Dr. Nair comes in he spends a whole 2-5 minutes to basically sign your script and shove you out the door. Wow! That $135 dollars insurance doesnt cover was worth it!(:S) God forbid you ask him a medical question that has to do with something other then your originally scheduled appointment was for. He will brush it off and suggest you schedule an appointment for his regular office. I work in sales and was forced to cancel an appointment since I had a customer show unannounced. His office has now issued me a $35 "No Show/ Cancel fee" and is obsessively having Aladdins monkey, Abu harass me over it, threatening me by phone . I refuse to pay a fee of sorts to a Dr. that hasnt respected to be on time for my appointments, yet the one time I have to cancel, Im charged a fee. I will never go back to this DR! I have recently found a nurse practitioner to handle my concerns. I drive an extra 25 minutes further because she is polite, I can schedule on my off days, I never wait more than 10 minutes after appointment time, and she listens to my questions and concerns for the same office fee. Dr. Nair is an arrogant, money grubbing, male chauvinist.

I am going to be finding a new doctors office and this whole ordeal with my foot is done. I have hurt my foot somehow, and I work as a loader at night at ups. I am in constant pain. The doctor sent me to get an x-ray and told me he should get the results fast. It has been a week, and I have been having to call up there a couple days now. The first day I went in, I got into a room really fast, but waited two hours in that room. I have been there before, and Dr. Katie and the nurses are great. But Dr. Nair is sadly pushing me to change doctors.

Ive been going to this doctors office for 3 years dr. Chris Cooper had done many test on me and found I have scoliosis and bulging disc put me on pain meds for 4 months he gets fired they wont tell me why I go in this month for an appointment and they take me off my pain meds without offering any help or anything so they took it out on me and now I stay in pain all the time they are no good I do not recommend going to this place not just because of that they just dont pay attention and Im talking about the doctors the nurses are wonderful

The fact that theres only 2 people working lines and they give you an appointment card but dont do their jobs and actually put the appointment on the schedule, I need to find a different doctors office and change my insurance over to that one so I dont have to deal with these people anymore. That and it takes an hour to be seen by a doctor or anyone for that matter but thats not surprising since nobody does their jobs and the lines take forever to get through

Never ever change your insurance and never have a medical emergency. They will never see you earlier than one week out, no matter how severe your problems are, and if you change medical insurance they will keep billing you the full amount because your old insurance company wont pay them the difference. They then sit on their thumbs and wait for the grace period to expire, accuse you of being at fault, and try to collect the full amount from you anyway.

Funny people complain about having to wait a week, I called this morning and got an appt tomorrow morning. The billing staff could use some retraining, but Ive been a patient of his for over 20 years and couldnt be more pleased! When people dont get what they want, its always someone elses fault.

I feel like the bad reviews on here are from people who were really sick and irritable due to that. However, I have been seeing this doctor for some time and so has my whole family. None of us have really encountered any issues except for maybe a bill miscalculation which was corrected.
