Never get my messages returned, it takes a million phone calls just to get someone to answer no matter what time of day it is. ( this has happened to multiple times not just one). I have been calling for a week now trying to get someone to answer or return my calls and i have yet to get anything back from them. When someone needs to make an appointment as soon as possible dont you think it is important to answer the phone so you can schedule them????

I have to say. I was really impressed with that staff here. Not like Norton Health or Kentucky One. I didnt have to get a thousand tests for just any reason they could think of. They definitely made me feel like they have my best wellness in mind at all times. This is not your corporate machine doctors office. What a refreshing experience. Big props and highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Dont waster your time. This place is a JOKE! No one ever answers phone. Never get a call back. Waited almost six weeks for referral to be sent. Faxed it myself, had appt. within an hour. Dont understand how a doctors office dont understand how to refer a patient. Or insurance for that matter. If you was dying you would be screwed with this bunch!

They never answer the phone, they call in prescription instructions wrong, they close whenever they want to, they take forever on referrals. I dont know whats really going on up there but that place is not what it seems to be.
