The most professional practice I have been to and I will continue to do so for as long as I still live in Texas, even if it means a drive away. I had had a long and excruciating history with dentists. My fear of visiting dentists which resulted in tooth decays and irreversible gum desease. As a professional photographer, I was miserable with my inability to have a nice smile when I was asking everyone to smile for pictures. It was a chance meeting but I was fortunate to shoot Dr. Lams wedding. Through our conversations and working together, we have become friends and I decided to give the dentist chair another try, in hope to have a better set of smile that I can be proud of. Long story short, I had to extract all my teeth but with little bone left, implant were not an option, so I have dentures. Through out the process which took months, many times on that dentist chair, you can learn a lot visiting an office. Maybe because I was a friend, I was treated differently but never once had I seen anything but the cleanest, well decor office with pride and the staffs were professional and kind to patrons. Dr. Lam runs a tight ship and her staffs love and respect her. One thing, I must say, that Dr. Lam doesnt believe in up sell nor servicing unneccessary work. She is articulate, so her goal is not just feeling good but looking good also Maybe the only bad thing, I can truly say is, dentist work does cost a lot but but in my case, having the smile that I do now and the ability to chew my food again, it is priceless!!! Now I can tell my clients to smile and I can smile and laugh along with them, and to think most of them thinks I have veneers and the best dentist. If you want to craft a beautiful smile, work with caring professional, I highly recommend TLC Dentistry to anyone as I have recommended many of my friends and clients who need helps in the smile department. Trust me, I actually enjoy visiting the dentist chair now and I am due for a new set of dentures soon.

I have been coming here with my two daughters since office open at 121 service road years ago. Dr. Lam has always provide exceptional service and we love her. Unfortunately the last couple of visits service has dropped drastically. Today I came in with my 5 yrs old daughter who has been seen by Dr. Lam from day one and doesnt know any other dentist other then Dr. Lam Today I was told she needs to go in by her self because kids cry more if parents are present and I need to stay at lobby. There was a new person seen my daughter today not Dr. Lam My 5 yr old refused to go by her self. My daughter wants me to go with her I asked if I can go in with her since I notice she wasnt going to go by her self. I was told no. Instead I was told they were going to refer me to what they called is a specialist and refuse to see my daughter today. Very disappointed... Just because she refuse to go by her self and I asked to come in with her? Its insane, Maybe they have too many patient now and dont care loosing a couple. Who knows...

I went to this dentist on a Saturday and had the worst experience ever as a new patient I believe they call patients according to how much money they will make for the services because I waited 3-4 hours after the fact I came in the day before and told them that if its anyway they can see me earlier and the lady I believe was heather told me she that she will Just leave a note but couldnt guarantee and early appointment so the day of my appointment someone said that I was called and left a vm and said I missed my 10:30 am appointment in which I didnt even know that was scheduled so I came in about 12:00 and was told I can wait in which I did wait till about 2:00 in which was my originally scheduled appointment and wasnt never seen people was going back they came after me which is I assumed was after me but went in before me so I wouldnt recommend this dentist I never got seen !!!!

TLC Dentistry has been our family dental home for years, we love everyone at TLC. I used to say that I hate to go to the dentist...not anymore. The entire team at TLC Dentistry always friendly and kind. You can tell that they love what they do because they truly care. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable on the visit. Being able to watch your favorite show on TV while they working on you is a big plus. It makes the appointment goes by faster.. Dr. Lam is good at what she does and she is a perfectionist, she will make you teeth looks beautiful. She very honest and informative. She will tell you everything about your mouth whether you like it or not but there is no pressure to get any treatment done at all ... TLC main concern is you oral health and overall health. They deserve 5 start!

Love love loveeeee this dentist office! They have given me the best experience from the moment I walked in. The scenery is so nice and the staff, even nicer! They catered to me as I am currently pregnant and of course have a baby that loves to play on my bladder. I havent been to a dentist in a long time before my visit here and so of course there was a lot of work to be done but they made sure I was comfortable throughout all my procedure! Not to mention they the work they do here is fenominal! They made everything as painless as possible and it looks great! Thank you Dr. Lam and staff, you guys are awesome! And if anyone needs a good dentist office, this is the place you should be!

My entire family has been coming to Dr. Lam for 10 years. She us the absolute best dentist anywhere. She had to fix many problems from my previous dentist. All of my crowns are so well done I cant tell which are real teeth vs. crowns. My kids absolutely love her and her staff. They are always super professional, and care about you as a person. I drive an hour and a half to see her, and it is TOTALLY worth it. We wont go anywhere else. My husband has anxiety and is always at ease with her. She extracted my sons 4 wisdom teeth today, and she is magical. My oldest son never was swollen, and was back to schhol and eating the next day. If you want the best work done, come see her today!

TLC Dentistry is one lovely dentistry to take your family. Dr.Lam is a very special person. She has patience for her job and she really love what she is doing. If you have someone in the family thats a special needs person. Dr. Lam and her staff works great with them.The staff will go all out the way to make sure you understand all of the procedures that has to be done. I love TLC Dentistry and i have no complaints.
