The only good thing that could be said about Dental Health Network is that everyone I met was friendly. Beyond that, my experience there was the absolute worst I have ever had in terms of a medical procedure. To fully explain the miserable experience would take too long, so let me just recount the most recent event. Just this morning, one of the "permanent" veneers I had put in popped out while brushing my teeth gently, and it shot down the drain. Quite literally I just watched 1000 dollars go straight down the drain. I wish I could say that was the first time a veneer came off, but sadly that is not the case. That is now the fourth time a veneer has come off causing me immense pain and discomfort. (I had the veneers fitted in November) I have been forced to see another dentist to have them repaired at an additional cost to me. Since my first visit to Dental Health Network in October for an emergency appointment to have a cap replaced, no dental work I received there has lasted more than one week. On top of that, they never seem to have the same dentist performing procedures. Needless to say, my claim for malpractice is well on its way. My advice is to avoid this dental office at ALL costs. UPDATE: I have to add the following review to one of my earlier reviews. Dental Health Network put veneers across my top six teeth back in November. Supposedly the procedure was permanent. Since November not a single veneer has remained in my mouth. Just now the veneer covering one of my front teeth popped out of my mouth, leaving me in intense pain and unable to drink or eat anything. I have been forced to see another dentist to have all of the problems fixed. One of the veneers even popped out and went straight down the sink, so I had a temporary veneer put in at the other dentist. I can not currently afford a permanent veneer to replace the lost one. Yet somehow the plastic temporary veneer put in at the other dentist has lasted longer than any of the "permanent" veneers put in by Dental Health Network. Im so livid right now that I must stop writing to lower my blood pressure.

I highly recommend the Dental Health Network office in Plano, on Hedgcoxe, which my wife and I visited recently in June of 2012. The people were very helpful, and services were prompt and through, well explained, and appropriate for our needs. And we were impressed with the array of new technologies in use in this office.

Ive had some bad experiences with several other dental clinics so I was pleasantly surprised to discover Dental Health Network. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. A complete itemization including prices is provided and explained before any dental work is performed. Im one satisfied customer!

Dr. Christina Kys is comforting because of the familiarity you gain by having a dentist with their own practice. I have seen an overall improvement in my dental health.
