Dr Johnson is one of the most gracious women i have ever met. She is always welcoming and helpful. As a social worker in our community I have personally seen her dedication in helping people who are less fortunate. She has opened her practice to all and treats all clients with dignity. I am sure that the negative review that appears on this page had the wrong Dr Johnson- it simply is not this wonderful woman. Or it is someone with a vendetta- unwilling to put their name down! The care that I and my family have recd from Dr Heather Johnson is exceptional. Her flexibility and skills are superior. I know of no one with a more honest welcoming and sincere approach to providing dental care. Her staff are also friendly and helpful. I have spoken to Dr Johnson about taking some clients who would have difficulty paying or taking children with behavioral concerns and she has welcomed all into her practice. Our community is so lucky to have this hometown woman come home to practice. My family and I will continue to recieve our care there, and encourage others to do the same- they will be plesed.

This past year I struggled with one tooth that I cracked while eating. I am so glad that I went to Dr. Johnson. She got me in on the same day because I was in so much pain. We tried conservative treatment plans because I wanted to save my tooth, but it didnt work out. I ended up needing a dental implant. 1101 Dental worked well with my periodontist, so I was able to get in timely and do as much of the treatment plan as possible with Dr. Johnson. The specialist commented on how great the work was that Dr. Johnson had done in my mouth. I liked that everybody is so friendly in this office. They greet me as soon as I walked in the door. They also called to check on me at home to make sure I was doing well after my procedure. I ask a lot of questions because I really wanted to make sure that I was making the best decision for my tooth as well as my pocket book and Dr. Johnson took as much time as I needed. I also like that the office is comfortable, cozy, and has a play room because it helps me to relax when I am anxious about getting dental work done.

Heather Johnsons office is very well decorated and very pleasant. When I first visited her office I thought it strange that she could afford such nice decor. After one visit I found my answer. When she came in for the examination she was fast efficient and unfriendly, almost as though she had no time for me. But she was very happy to inform me that I needed 12 fillings! Thats right 12! I was shocked because I had never needed that many fillings in my life. Before I let her charge me $3,000 for 12 fillings I needed a second opinion. The next dentist I made an appointment for right after seeing Heather told me in actuality that I only needed 2 fillings! Wow, I wonder where those extra 10 fillings came from? I would advise anyone thinking of going to her office to stay away!

Nunya Business

Do not go here. Visit was alright itself but then they started sending fraudulent bills. Every time I got it straightened out it would start again a month or so later. They got a collection agency involved who refused to even say who the bill was from until it was going to court. Got it dismissed for now but dont want anyone else to go through this. Changed my name on here since I will be pursuing action against them in the future.
