This experience was a nightmare. Bare with me and read this. The receptionist at the desk is notoriously rude and condescending, look for the woman with the snarky speech pattern. I kid you not its intentionally done. Also be very observant how the receptionist and Dr.Jackson treat their interns. If caught at the right time, you will understand. Be very wary of him or his staff adamantly coercing you to use the private pharm Windsor Pharmacy, he gains some sort of commission by funneling his patients. He WILL be upset if you choose to opt out of it and possibly will delay sending you scripts to your personal pharmacy of choice. After a run around for two weeks, I finally went physically back to Jacksons office, to again be assured by the snarky receptionist, "Hunny listen to me, I already sent your prescriptions to your pharmacy", I retorted with "if all of them were sent (5 in total)" and she assured once more with a sorta "yea, i told you but you arent hearing me." Fast forward an hour, I go to my pharmacy, guess what, it isnt there. I then had my pharmacist call them and we finally get into contact with the receptionist. Who "denies" knowing what was sent over, even though when I visited and hour earlier she said she contacted them and sent it over. In what world is this logically sound? Want to know what was sent over? Dr. Jackson simply REFILLED my previous prescriptions from my family doctor. His scripts were never sent. Ever. Evvvvverrr. Why you ask? Because I saw through his ruse. The conclusion. By me choosing to opt out of their backed private pharmacy, they then found it necessary to persecute me. I was always cordial and polite, I doubly promise whomever is reading this. The issue arose when I decided not to go out of network with my pharmacy, thus Dr. Micheal Jackson loses some additional income. At what point is ethics brought into play? Does the patient matter? Is money really the prime motivator?

I found Dr. Michael Jackson to be a good dermatologist. He was helping to clear up my childs skin nicely, but his office kept harassing us for my childs social security number. I found that strange being that all the information needed is linked to her health insurance I.D. number and being that she is a minor, they cant bill her. My husband offered his number stating he was uncomfortable providing his child, who is a minor, social security number. No other doctor has ever asked for our childrens social security number so we found it rather odd. They refused my husbands Social Security number and was so adamant about having her social security number that the refused to continue to see her if we didnt provide the number. That was really shocking and unusual. The office manager didnt have an answer that made sense when we asked her why it was needed. Just that Dr. Jackson requires that information. Therefore, my child no longer goes to his practice. I wonder if this is Dr. Jacksons rule or his staffs rule. Either way, its extremely unusual and unfortunate that he would loose a patient for that reason. Very disappointing experience.

I saw DR.Jackson a few months ago I started getting these boils under my arm Pitts I was in severe pain pretty soon I could not put my arms down I was walking around with hands on my hips. I got the chance to see him since I work next door and he took one look at me and was able to diagnose me and treat me the same day. For about 1 month I was walking around in agonizing pain and with DR. Jacksons treatment I felt relief the next day I was so grateful to him for what he had done. I did have some minor changes like soap and deodorant but it was worth it and if you have a dermatological problem go see Dr. Jackson he can help you and you will feel better, staff is friendly and helpful also. If you have 2 hours to waste, go to this doc. Ive been here twice and both times waited at least that much. I didnt like the docs demeanor and how he says my treatment will take months of me coming back every two weeks. I dont have time to waste, nor money. My sister had the same issue which took two visits to her doc to cure. I had to remind him that I have an autoimmune disease. He was clearly double or triple booked and had other irate customers yelling in reception. He also spoke very rudely to his all female staff. Im taking my business elsewhere.

Awesome Doctor. Ive recommended him to all of my friends and associates. The office is clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Jackson has wonderful bedside manner and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable about whatever situation is plaguing you. From following his regime my skin is starting to improve (it was never bad but i wanted a better even skin tone). People have already begun commenting on my skin and asking what Ive been doing differently and I tell them "well I started going to this guy in Brooklyn" :-)

After dealing with a skin condition for many years which no dermatologist could successfully treat and having resigned to just living with it, I was absolutely grateful to Dr. Jackson who finally successfully treated me. He provided me with a nice supply of samples on every visit and his staff are friendly, efficient and professional.

Want you to keep coming back every 4 weeks so he can drain your insurance. I had to pay $110 because of my appointment the office said I didnt call to cancel but I know I did. So I refuse to pay and they sent the collection after me.Never Ever going back !!!
