I went in there to look at glasses. There was at least 2 women s the desk. One was on the phone. No one greeted me when I walked around so I started to look & try on frames. I looked over at the desk & 2 women were there. Still no acknowledgment of me. I kept trying on frames & looking in the mirrors. One employee walked by me a few times to go into the back. I tried on glasses from all the womens racks & some of the rotating display. I went from one end to the other trying them on. I was there a long time because I am pretty slow Im not sure but Ill bet I was there for an hour. Then I walked past the desk & out the door. No one even said good bye. No way will I get my glasses there. Obviously they dont want my money. No one from my family or my friends will go there either. I just dont get it. Im a very normal looking middle aged woman

I choose to go to this store because of the BOGO. Had my eye exam by a very unenthusiastic doctor who seemed very robotic and not friendly. Coming out of the room she hands my chart to one of the sales girls and says she needs anti reflective coating and HD lenses. I had already picked out my frames so we sat down to talk cost. I almost fell off my chair when I was told my lenses would cost me $600. My prescription is very mild so I was floored. I took my prescription and went to Walmart where I was told the same lenses are $174, I also checked with the $18 Eye Glass and was told the lenses would be $90. DO NOT buy your lenses at this store or with this company for that matter. The markup is ridiculous!

this was the worst experience. I called the day before to give my insurance ID number and told the woman to give me a call if there were any problems. she stated "youre all good to go!". after everything was finished I was told to pay over $200 and when I asked if that was AFTER insurance she said "we didnt have any insurance for you". I explained I called the day before and gave an ID number and the woman said "oh we dont even take that insurance" (after she had mistaken my insurance provider numerous times and I tried correcting her on the phone). DO NOT COME HERE. such a shame because the eye doctor was amazing. poor staff. no apologies. if there was less than 1 star thats what I would give.

This store has very high standards...for everything. No matter how busy they are everyone coming in gets greeted and is given some kind of update to when they will be helped. Debbie and her staff are very friendly and the store has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I found the entire experience nice "and" professional. Again, high standards.

We were told to come back at 1pm on Sunday after we came in on sat and they would do our eye exam however when we got here (after driving a half hour) we were told they might be able to see one of us if the 130pm didnt show up because they got behind they are very unprofessional and not vet curtious... very disappointed

Was in the week before and bought my daughter glasses. Came to the appoint for myself and forgot to bring cash.they refused to see me over 20$,spent over 100 cash the week before and my ins.covering the other 400,the manager treated me like dirt!I and anyone else I know will never go there again!

Most people that do reviews are tge ones who always overeggagerate. I guarantee a good 60 percent of the people that had a great experience dont write review. Always try it out yourself . Just like restaurants too. My grandparents had a great experience when I took them them there.

My partner and I have each gotten glasses here twice now. Each time, weve found them to be professional, courteous, very helpful, and attentive to our needs. They presented options in a clear manner and helped us with our selection. A great experience overall!

Staff are very pushy, unprofessional and should not work in customer service. I had a quote on how much my contacts would cost and I ended up having to pay double at the store. They are only there to up sell product. Very disappointed.

Went in last week they had $10 eye exams! Was seen right away best dr and wonderful staff, all the girls helped me pick out 2 pairs of glasses would highly recommend this place
