Dr. Janet Tseng and her assistant Sim are very professional, courteous and provide excellent service. Dr. Tseng performs all of the same eye tests that any ophthalmologist does and really listens to your questions and concerns. Sim is so friendly and knowledgeable about frames, lenses, etc., and has such a great personality. PLUS their prices cannot be beat! They have a huge selection of frames---even for those of us with larger heads! This is the best optical practice I have ever been to. I plan to patronize only them for years to come.

Im so happy I found this place several years ago and have been coming back since. Dr. Tseng is awesome. She has a great personality, is very thorough in explaining what she is doing as well as answering any questions I may have. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and has their best interests in mind. The office staff is wonderful as well. I like that they have later hours on certain days so I can come in after work. Im happy to be able to patronize this local business.

Great service, friendly atmosphere, etc. However, the doctor suggested that both my husband and I go lower in our prescriptions and neither of us are happy. We both have constant headaches and eye strain after a year. We tried to give our eyes appropriate time to adjust to the new rx, but after a year, we have both had to go elsewhere and purchase new glasses. A huge dent in our wallets and a year of headaches. We were not impressed.

Receptionist and Doctor are very nice and knowledgeable. Reception fully explained my available benefits through my VPS and the rebates applicable to the contacts I was buying. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a letter in the mail thanking me for visiting and that they filled out my rebate forms for me, all I needed to do was attach the UPC codes from the contacts and send in for the rebate.

This office is conveniently located in downtown Des Plaines. The receptionist is professional and courteous. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and explains all phases of the appointments. I highly recommend this office.
