I came to Dr. Chris Bonhams office after some procedures with another dentist. Before that, my teeth did not give me any problems. Over the years many said I have good teeth. After a routine hygiene cleaning, it is time for the 3-minute-per-year visit by the doctor. The doctor said I had two superficial cavities, no big worries, just fill them up. However after the simple tooth-filling, I had been having very bad pain. It was like the hole did not get filled and the nerve directly connected to outside. Initially it was just one tooth and then it started to spread to other teeth. I went to see the former doctor and he said the filling was ok and sent me to a root canal place. The pain then got worse. and affected the whole mouth. Inflammation and toothache became routine. I searched the internet and found that the former doctor only got 2 stars from online reviews, definitely a point of concern. I searched the internet and found Bonham Dental Arts and they got great reviews so I called and made appointment. I have to say they really keep up with the technology. Before you go you could fill up the form online so you do not need to arrive early in the office to fill up the form. The equipment they have are also the best I had seen. Dr Chris Bonham came and examined me. I do science research for living. I feel he is just like a research professor. He listened to my story and carefully examined my teeth. He made some adjustments to relieve pressures in some area. He asked me to come back in two days to check. Two days later, he made some further adjustments. Gradually the pain reduced. After about 4 appointment, each time Dr Chris Bonham would come and spend time with me trying to find the reason. Gradually the pain from other teeth that acted up subdued. The tooth that the other doctor drilled the whole cap area and put the filling directly on top of the nerve was the only area that remains painful and Dr. Chris Bonham decided to make a crown to protect it. It was such a nice experience to visit Dr. Chris Bonhams office. I feel the difference compared to a few doctors we had was his knowledge, and he would spend time with you and explain what he saw, but not rushed to drill and other unnecessary procedure. Most of the other doctor would just give you a few minutes per year (my experience) and you mostly interact with the hygienists, - they are great, however the doctor had the full responsibility. Dental is expensive. Once it is messed up, it costs a lot to fix it up. I usually do not write comment but the experience prompted me to write.

I never liked going to the dentist, until I found Bonham Dental Arts. Now, it is a pleasurable experience all the way around. The office decor is inviting, and I love the waiting room with those delicious cookies, coffee, and beverages. The patient rooms are contemporary, with the latest equipment, and you are able to watch your favorite tv show while in the chair!! All of the staff is superb - professional, friendly, experienced, and very caring about me as a person. The suggested treatment plans are designed for me and my lifestyle, and I appreciate their dental advice and suggestions. The staff seem to love their jobs, and it shows. I am a clean freak, and concern myself with germs. I dont have to worry about any of that at this office - the entire facility is VERY clean, and means a lot to me. And when you give them a BIG smile, they just might give you a "goodie" bag full of useful dental products and coupons. I have no hesitation in reccomending this office - even if you think you are happy where you are. Give them a try, you will see what I mean. ~ Cindy M., Largo, FL.

I have been to many different dentists over the last 50 years and I now have the best dental care I have ever had at Bonham Dental Arts. I now love going to the dentist and look forward to my appointments. The entire staff is incredible! I actually enjoy everyone there, they are kind and fun people who make you smile. After all they give you the smile you want to show off. They do not sell you on procedures that you dont need and give you the care you do need. This will be the only dentist I will ever go to again. Another reason I love it here is that all your dentistry procedures are all done under one roof so that you dont need to go to one facility for one procedure then another for the next procedure. My teeth needed a lot of work but now I can say I actually have a "smile". Thank you to everyone at Bonham Dental Arts!
