DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! THEY ARE RUDE AND SHOW NO COMPASSION TOWARD THEIR PATIENTS! I have NEVER written a review on a place before, but this place has ticked me off so bad that I feel that it is the right thing to do to warn others! I dont want anyone else to have their day RUINED AND WASTED! I had an appointment at 1:30 PM, my mother and I arrived beforehand. However, there was no one at the desk. Soon after, two employees walked in and I could hear them discuss in the back about how they DONT CARE if they left the reception desk office empty. Apparently lunch time is more important than their jobs. Moving on, my teeth were checked out and I had a cleaning afterwards. They told my mother that the cleaning would take 30 minutes and we decided to go with the fluoride treatment. My mother paid as soon as she went to the desk. The assistant confirmed that the treatment was accepted and went through. With that being said, I still sat there WAITING FOR ABOUT 30-45 MINUTES! When my cleaner came she left me to go confirm that the fluoride treatment was a go. I couldnt believe the amount of MISCOMMUNICATION there was between the staff members. They tried to blame each other afterwards. But nonetheless the cleaning took about 6 MINUTES TOTAL. So you mean to tell me I wasted my precious time for a measly six minutes? Oh and they dont care if they hurt you in the process! When I came out my mother asked me, "Were they cleaning your teeth the entire time?" I said "HELL NO!" From there we found out that they lied to my mother. They told her that they were cleaning my teeth THE ENTIRE TIME. What a load of BULL! Overall we paid in advance for a cleaning. NOT 45 MINUTES OF WASTING MY TIME! I feel bad for the good employees who have to deal with the majority of their co-workers who dont care about anything.

STAY AWAY! I scheduled my appt for 8 am so that it would not affect my work schedule. The assistant took me back to the chair, removed my temp crown, went out of the room for 10 minutes, and returned to tell me "oops, we made a mistake - this is the dentists late day. You can either have the temp crown re-cemented and come back another day or wait an hour or so and hell be in." I had a meeting @ 10, so I elected to come back at noon and have the permanent crown put on. The office staff is incompetent, and could not do anything without the regional directors permission; when I asked to speak with the regional director the girl replied "he doesnt like to talk to patients." They offered me a box of white strips for my inconvenience; I wanted a 50% discount (unfortunately I had paid in full during my temp crown appt). I settled for a Braun toothbrush and told them they just lost my business plus my three family members. BTW, when I was finally "permitted" to speak to the RD (Tim or Tom), he said "I dont know what the big deal was, you could have come back another day. I wait all of the time at my doctors office." I wouldnt go back even if they offered free dental care!

Ive been a patient here for about 2 years now and Ive had nothing but positive experiences. Ive never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, the staff have always been very professional (both front office and back office), and I feel like I am being very well taken care of. Theyve also been very accommodating with my schedule as I have to schedule and re-schedule my appointments due to work.

I had one appointment here and will never return. I got there early and still had to wait a half hour after my appointment time before I was seen by anyone. The entire office was disgusting (dirty and dusty). All of the equipment was ancient. It looked like I was entering a Dr. office from the 70s. One exam was enough. Im getting my cleaning elsewhere. Stay away.

I have to say that I am very pleased with my first visit to this dentist. The Dentist is very nice and explains anything that needs to be done. The staff are all excellent. My experience here has me caring more about my teeth and gums. I did have to make 2 visits. One for the exam and one for the cleaning, so this was actually my second visit. Great both times.

Today was the second time going. I had to make an emergency trip as my gum was swollen in one spot but they got me in right away and then they even squeezed me in for a cleaning. Very clean and friendly staff too. I also booked my next cleaning appointment.

Never talked to the Dr he spoke to the nurse like i was not even in the room.Place was dirty, dusty nurse was great.When it came time to my treatment plan I felt like i was at a buy here pay here car lot or a time share condo scam ....

Ive been to plenty of dentists, and this one ranks somewhere in the middle. The office is small and the equipment is a bit on the old side, but the staff is mostly courteous and I havent had any reason to switch.

I had a great experience. I usually fear the dentist but the doctor and staff as well as the hygienist were all great. I have no fear of going back to the dentist. I would highly recommend.

Nurses need to learn to talk to costumer more nicely, be more polite.
