Oddly enough, the last review posted for this location mirrors mine. I brush and use mouth wash twice a day, floss at night. Changed jobs and my regular dentist wasnt oh my new insurance so I chose Bright Now since it was close to my home. First problem I noticed was that the woman doing my x-rays was more worried about doing them as fast as possible (she said she had a time to beat) than doing them correctly. Not very professional. Then the dentist took a short look at my x-rays and started blurting out tooth IDs saying I had multiple cavities. Thats odd considering I havent had a cavity in 20 years and the only time Ive had to have my teeth worked on was last year when two old fillings needed to be repaired. So, between my last dentist visit 9 months ago I somehow developed 5+ cavities. The dentist took an even more brief look inside my mouth, less than a minute. Even with insurance, Bright Now wanted $200+ for a cleaning and two fillings which I was told needed to be done immediately. I am guessing they didnt want to play their hand too heavy and make me get all the fillings done right away. I called my insurance and had my dentist changed to a gentleman who runs his own practice. Went in today and wouldnt ya know it ... NO CAVITIES! He was very surprised and almost disappointed when I told him my experience with Bright Now and about the mysterious decay that wasnt really occurring.

Terrible dentist. I had gone there for a few years because they were close to the house. After a while, I was diagnosed with gum disease and had to start a periodontal course of treatment. I began to notice that whenever a new products posters were placed in the office, I suddenly needed the new product immediately. The real fun began the day I went into the office and was told I had eight cavities that had to be filled immediately. This is with me flossing, brushing and going to the dentist every four months. Before I made any other appointment, I went to see a real dentist. I had another full mouth x-ray work up done with the new doctor, and it turns out I had zero cavities, and - not only that - I didnt have gum disease. I wouldnt trust these people to look at the teeth on my comb.

This is by far the worst dentists office I have ever been to. My husband and I have paid thousands of dollars over the course of an incredible amount of unnecessary visits just for them to refuse to fix their own work done by a doctor that was smart enough to leave the practice. They are rude at all offices, especially Pinellas Park, Gulf to Bay, and Largo, and they will do whatever they can to put a bandaid on a problem so that you have to come in as often as every week to have it fixed only to then tell you that too much time has gone by and you need a whole new procedure at the full price. Please do yourself a favor and stay away- even just for a cleaning.

I had a similar experience. I brush and floss regularly... never had any gum bleeding issues at all. The last time they tried to sell me the flouride rinse (or scare me into using it I should say) and this time they said I had a lot of bleeding and that I needed to use this mouthwash they have for 40.00.. I caved but I thought.. I have never seen any bleeding for as much as I floss and brush.. of course she didnt show me the blood and never mentioned it while she was cleaning which took all of 5-7 minutes

Im so happy I choose this dentist after searching online and reading reviews. Every person in the place couldnt have been nicer or more accommodating with the urgent dental problems I had. I made an appointment for a loose crown that broke off before I got there along with the tooth. They went out of their way and skipped lunch working to get me something to temporarily fill the space until it could be fitted permanently. I highly recommend them.

Amazing crew here at Brightnow dental in Largo! Dr.Park is an amazing dentist and wonderful human being! She was generous and understending about my new bridge! I dont wanna get into the details but she is redoing it so i can love my smile again!I would recommend this office to anyone to come here for their dental needs! ...this experience is just amazing but not only this but the past 2 years since I have started to come here!

I told the lady on the phone I needed a tooth pulled its been a long standing issue. Its took 4 DAYS to get me in and I was in pain. SO I finally come and I am told the dentist doesnt even pull teeth. Is this the twilight zone? Dentists dont pull teeth? And why didnt the operator tell me this on the phone so I would know. There is a scam here but I dont know why. I am a person with pain not just a person to push around.

I attempted to make an appointment with this dental office as a new patient but their website was not working and whenever I called I would get a voicemail and they never called back. Ive been trying to make an appointment for a few weeks. The person they have running their front office is obviously incompetent. Ill be moving on to a dentist office that has some respect for their patients.

While on vacation my son left his orthodontic rubber bands in a hotel room. We called Bright Now! To try and purchase some rubber bands for his braces to get us through the week. I was told that they could not dispense them because he was not a patient. We are talking about rubber bands not meds, rubber bands we were willing to purchase. Poor customer service and professionalism.

Ive been going to bright now in Largo for over 10 years. Dr. Royse did my braces, and she was always so caring and funny! Every time I went in, Connie recognize me by name and made sure that I had a great visit. Dr Malki Took care of some. Donnell issues for me, and I would highly recommend him too!

Clearly,not open on Saturday(or not specified what constitutes being open on Saturday means). They have a contract with Cigna DHMO and to advertise they have walk-ins and Saturday hours in not cool! Especially when I am insured and am NOT seeking pain medication.

Every thing Ive had painfully done has either fallen out or removed spent a lot of money for nothing, last time there and last straw was somebody putting way to much of the stuff in your mouth for a casting thought I was gonna choke:(

I was very pleased with my experience at this office. Dr. Parks was great and the staff was so pleasant! Going to the dentist is not something I enjoy but they made me feel good here. I will be a regular patient!
