Dr. Britten and Staff are terrific! Before my first consultation with Dr. Britten he actually took the time out of his busy schedule to reach out by phone to talk with me personally so he could introduce himself and see if I had any questions and/or concerns before my very first visit. I never before had a doctor reach out to me like that and I thought that was very nice. From the first moment I walked in I was greeted right away and offered coffee/water. For each appointment I experienced no wait time. Dr. Britten and Staff took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood the procedures. His Staff and Julia also took the time to help work with my insurance and followed up appropriately making sure I received full benefit coverage. My operation was a huge success, Dr. Britten gave me an IV sedation and he was the first doctor that was able to insert the IV with absolutely no pain whatsoever! After the procedure I was in no pain at all, just some minor discomfort but nothing a little Tylenol couldnt conquer. Dr. Britten also has a direct line for communicating after business hours should you have a medical question or concern after your surgery. I will definitely recommend anyone in need of Periodontics work to go here as they will not be disappointed! I will be having my second gum surgery right after this one properly heals. I feel compelled to share with others the satisfaction and admiration I have for Dr. Kobernick and his staff. I had major surgery performed several years ago in his office and have returned each year for follow up maintenance. It is difficult to find words to express my complete satisfaction with with all phases of my experience. The surgery was done with great professional care in a personal manor. Other dentists I have visited since my surgery have raved over the excellent reconstruction and the over all look of my teeth. I have been asked by several dentists for the name of the doctor who did the work so they could refer their patience to Dr. Kobernick for work to be done. All of his staff have been very pleasant and thorough, making going to the dentist office an experience to look forward to each time. If you are looking for a dentist, whatever your need may be, my recommendation is that Dr. Kobernick is a must to be checked out in your search for an excellent dentist. My experience at Britten Periodontics was a great one from start to finish. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. The service I received was quick and as painless as possible - having wisdom teeth taken out and a bone graft are intimidating in their own right, but the staff made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Britten made a number of follow up calls to me to make sure that the medication prescribed was working properly and if it wasnt, I was given alternative options. He also gave recommendations to me on how best to care for my mouth and ensure that my gums were healing well and the graft was taking hold. I have been back for follow up check-ups and cleanings. Each time I go, the staff is just as courteous as they have always been. I will recommend Dr. Britten to all my friends and colleagues.

Last week was my first visit to a periodontist. It was easy to make an appointment and I received a reminder call and information on insurance issues. I was able to fill out needed information online which was much appreciated and saved me time. When I arrived I was greeted in a friendly manner and my paperwork was reviewed. The entire staff was friendly, personable and seemed very competent. Dr. Britten was thorough and answered all questions and made every effort to put me at ease. He gave me options and pros and cons for treatment in my future. I would recommend Britten Periodontics to family and friends. It is hard to rate it as I loved it, but the visit more than met my expectation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brittens for two years and could not be more pleased with my experience with him as well as with his staff. I have always been nervous about dental appointments, but Dr. Brittens manner and thorough explanation of any procedure puts me immediately at ease. I recently had a gum graft which was totally successful and almost pain free. His office staff and hygienists are also first rate. They are competent, caring, personable, and thoroughly professional. Fantastic experience! I felt very comfortable with Dr. Todd as he did a thorough but gentle exam and took the time to answer my questions. The grafting I had was successful and has alleviated my sensitivity! I have other teeth that need the same procedure and I wouldnt think to go anywhere else.
