The building is nice. they have a lot of modern equipment. the dentist is nice. My husband and I had just moved to the area and were due for cleanings. I have gotten cleanings every 6 months since I was like 4. I never had any problems with my teeth or pain. At my visit they said they found two cavities that needed filling. My husband went in the next day and he left with them telling him he needed $17000 worth of work, that he had 17 cavities, an infection in his tooth that could send him to the hospital and kill him. Now my husband also has no tooth pain and has seen a dentist just 6 months ago and was fine. So I feel this place OVER diagnoses and is not really doing what is right for the patient and their symptoms/complaints (or non-complaints) but are just out for the dollar. So BE CAREFUL and get a second opinion!

CONSUMER BEWARE CONSUMER BEWARE Richard Krawczyk is the worst dentist Ive ever worked with. Ive had 3 bad crowns and 2 bad root canals from this dentist and wasted thousands of dollars. Do not trust his work you will highly regret it. Ive been dealing with severe pain for years do to my mistake using this dentist. To top it off his office staff especially BETH are extremely rude and purposely double bill you after they receive your insurance money. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! The owners response below is very untruthful which makes my review more valid. First off they will not admit fault in there bad procedures. On top of that and unfortunately for them the check they tried to double charge me on was cancelled and when they seeked outside sources they sided with me I have written proof!!!!! Nice try and keep lying!!!

If youd like to change your dental practice but are afraid of where you might land, look no further. This dental practice is hands down the best Ive ever known. I became a patient when I moved to FL several years ago. Ive now moved to NC and STILL use this practice! Ive had extensive work done by Dr. K and he is very thorough, knowledgeable, and as painless as possible. Im a big chicken at the dentist, so Ill keep using this practice as long as I can - even from 3 states away! Thank you again, Melinda.

Dr. Krawczyk and his staff give excellent denistry treatments, sound advice, and courteous service. The pricing schedules are reasonable and they have good insurance plans. The staff is excellent in all areas of dental services including hygiene and xrays. This is a good place to take your teeth!
