This entire practice is awesome! I called to make a new patient appointment and the person I talked to was very pleasant in helping me with what I needed. My husband went first and then I went a few days after him for our new patient exams. We both saw Dr. Cox and loved him! The front desk was great, the MA was awesome, and the doctors bed side manner was fantastic. I absolutely hate having my blood drawn, as I am a difficult draw and my veins like to roll and hide, but the person that took blood for my labs was great and got the right vein on the first try so I didnt look like an abuse victim afterwards. They have a very convenient patient portal that they utilize. I got my lab results with notation in a couple of days. I had to have an ultrasound and also received those results with the doctors notes with a surprisingly quick turn around time. I even forgot to ask the doctor to fill my prescription Ive been taking for years while I was at the office so I called and within 20 minutes I got a call from the pharmacy letting me know that it was ready to be picked up. I worked in a family practice for many years so I may be pickier than most about the care I receive. I can also say with confidence that most of the negative reviews here are probably situations where the patient is at fault but are blaming the practice because they dont know any better or werent listening at their appointment. Sadly, working in healthcare you cant respond to poor reviews effectively because if hipaa otherwise Im sure the practice could defend themselves with what actually happened. Most do not recognize or understand the issues that you can encounter in a family practice and if patients bothered to educate themselves and/or not wait for the last second to refill their prescriptions a lot if these problems would never occur. There are also a huge amount of restrictions placed on practices by the insurance and therefore by patients. Anyway, this place is great and I would recommend it to anyone!

Dr Mintzer has been our family doctor for years. We really like her because she takes the time to go over the options with us when we have a problem. She tells us the pros and cons of each option and lets us have input into our medical decisions. We never leave an appointment wondering why are we doing this and is it the right decision. She takes a personal interest in her patients and treats them like a friend. This sometimes leads to delays in appointments because she is more concerned about proper treatment than churning through as many patients as possible. We simply call ahead to see if there is going to be a delay and the staff is always friendly and informative. If you really care about personal treatment this is the place to go.

Strike #1: Went for physical and got stuck with nurse practitioner who gave me contradictory information and tried to sell me vitamin supplement scam. Had to demand a switch to a doctor. Strike #2: Needed form filled out for work. Spent 4 months with the front desk kept lying to me that they sent it in. Even when they said they would send me a copy, I did not receive a copy. Had to talk to manager to get it mailed out. Strike #3: Needed prescription refilled. Pharmacy tried contacting them 3 times but without a response. I called Generations and they said my doctors was no longer with them so I needed an appointment before they would refill prescription. When were they going to tell me this? See ya!

just walked by the doctor office . and they denied service to me because i have a file with them but did not see him before. it just about money. coz i was suffering anf they denied me for service .....it is humane that even i will pay its not free service.the girl in the front says am sorry we dont take unstablished patient on saturday ...bulshit put it in your web site no established patient on saturday. it is a walking you cannot deny somebody or close saturdays the manager or director of the location should answerfor my reviews bacause you dont have the right to deny service of sombody suffering .but you could its about money no one cares from where its coming

The Doctors, staff, facilities and scheduling are top notch. I have to say this has been experience Ive had with doctors in my entire life. From the moment I requested a visit I was contacted within hours, then on the sample collection I was in and out in no time. Even the blood samples gave me no trouble. The results came quickly through the portal and i was able to review them before talking to the Doctor. The doctors appointment was very thorough and he spent time with me, asking a lot of questions and answering even more, taking his time to provide the best care. I never felt that I was "rushed off" as in previous facilities. Keep up the great work!

Excellent medical practice! I had a physical with M. Riddle, and she was so thorough and took a lot of time to spend with me and go over all kinds of issues. I highly recommend her. Now I know why my sister-in-law and her family go to Generations Family Practice. The staff was also very nice and polite and efficient. ***Update - ive been to another Dr. here since M. Riddle is out on maternity leave and she was excellent, smart and very thorough. I am beyond pleased with this practice. Very professional, top notch medical people. I highly recommend this practice. There patient portal is great too.

This is the best practice I have ever been to in all my years of going to the doctor. I started going by myself, and for the last few years we all go as a family. We see Carrine and our kids see Dr. Macomber. She is THE BEST pediatrician. Our boys are 12 and 15 and they love her, as do I. I have been going to GFP for about 5 years. Nurse Rosemary is wonderful. The whole practice is warm, caring, and accommodating. Making appointments is easy, and they are prompt in returning calls.These people are genuine and you do not find that much these days.

Generations Family Practice is a outstanding practice for the entire family. They are VERY patient friendly, courteous and operate with great efficientcy with their digital portal system. All of their staff are extremely thorough, willing to explain recommended treatment or answer any question. We have never felt pressured to accept treatments or rushed for time. Their entire practice makes you feel like the "patients" Well Being and Satisfaction always comes first !!! This is a completely welcomed and new experience.

I cant say enough about how great this practice in. They are exceptionally competent, timely, helpful, and compassionate. Theyre just a pleasure to do business with, very welcoming and positive in every regard. I especially like how hard they work to get me in quickly if I need to be seen (generally same day) and how convenient the patient portal is for everything (communicating with my provider, checking on lab results, requesting prescription refills). Generations Family Practice has earned my highest recommendation!

Dr. Melanie Mintzer has been my physician for about 13 years. She is the best. Caring, compassionate, brilliant, a very good listener. You leave feeling this person has heard you and with a sense of well being. She doesnt get aggravated when you have visited Dr Internet. She addresses your concerns. She has built her practice surrounding herself with like minded professionals. You could not find a better practice to trust your well being to.
